I made an appointment for a tire patch up and they found my tire was running on wires and splitting. They helped me out with financing options and educated me on the insurance I have on my car from the dealer. I will reach out to my dealer and go from there but I definitely recommend!! 🙏🏼

Got rigged. I had called in for an appointment. I was given a different price on one tire sensor and sensor reset. Price given $36 for my make and model. Then showing up for an appointment and them saying they are going to take care of me. In the end, I got charged close to $100. Note to self and for everyone. Check with prices before they do the work. Don't trust the call center they have you call for pricing. I could have gone somewhere else for a cheaper price than the ending price I paid at the end.

I was in Fresno, Ca and about to head home, which is a 3+ hour drive, when a "Low tire pressure" warning popped up. I found an American Tire Depot shop on N. Blackstone Ave. They checked my tires and found one a couple pounds lower than the other three. They pulled that tire off and checked it for leaks. They didn't find any leaks and re-mounted the tire and aired up all of my tires. They did all this and didn't charge me a cent. I drove home and haven't any problem these past two weeks. I greatly appreciate their care and the promptness of of their service.

Simple tire fix , but customer service makes me want to go back for other work. I had to edit my review because customer service actually depends on who is working. I went back today 11/20 ,because my tire again is losing air after a 3rd time. The guy at the front didn't greet me, I said hi to him he just said hi and didn't say one second I'll be right with you or anything. He just got on the computer and started typing things in. So I just left, a little disappointing. The other guy was much more helpful to me on Tuesday.

1. Salesman scheduled my appt for the wrong date. 2. They were trying to charge me more than what I was quoted. 3. They were also going to charge me for an alignment that I did not even need. 4. I asked them to check my headlights which they forgot to do. 5. I waited over an hour for them just to do my oil change. Enough reasons for me to not return to this place.

I don’t go anywhere else. Great tire prices, especially if you catch the Buy 3 Get 1 deal. Great service too. Free rotations and flat repair, even if you have never been a customer. Always courteous employees.

Scum, came with my 2018 volt for a simple tire rotation and the person inside told me it wasn’t free even though their website and the worker outside the office told me rotations are free regardless of where the tires were bought. They then lied about my tires and said they would rotate them unless I bought new tires and that it was unsafe unless I bought their tires.. huh? No thank you I went down blackstone to aztecka and got them rotated with no problem in 5 minutes. These guys are bad news, don’t know how they have 4.6 stars

Went in for a simple alignment, they said they weren’t able to do unless I got new tires because if I did an alignment with OLD tires I’d be wasting my money..so ok made an appointment to get the new tires AND alignment. When I went to pick up my car they said ok tires are on but we cannot do the alignment because your rotors need to be replaced now, that’ll be $2,500. So why wasn’t I notified BEFORE putting the new tires? He said “oh well u should’ve done a brake inspection” my paperwork specifically said “customer REQUESTED BRAKE INSPECTION” I would’ve waited to replacement my rotors first then did the alignment with new tires. But all they cared about was UPSELLING. And since when do rotors cost $2,500?? The best the dude at the counter could say was “yea I just got here idk”

Hey, they are open on Sundays! Hit a curb Sat night, popped tire. Called first thing Sun morn, they had what i needed in stock. After a couple more tire shops, i confirmed these guys has the best bang for your buck. Took car in and they pulled it in straight away. Was back on the road in under an hour. Nice people and nice work! Definitely recommend.

Took my Tesla X for a nail in the tire. They fixed it no problem. The Tesla dealer tried to tell me it was not repairable and wanted to charge me a ridiculous $$$$ for an unwarranted Tire. Nice try Tesla! Thank you, american tire DEPOT! I will be back for two new front tire soon!

I had a great experience today at America tire depot on Blackstone in Fresno. I had a flat tire and saw a screw in the tread. I called them for advice about calling AAA to get the car there. I checked to see if they had the tire in stock which they did. One big plus is they were open on Sunday which many places are not. They were very friendly and gave me very useful information about different tires in case I couldn't get it fixed which I asked about myself. While I was waiting for the tow truck driver to come pick up my car, my neighbor said oh that's a great place we went there on a Sunday and they helped us with an oil problem in our car and didn't even charge us. I got there and even though I was an hour late for my appointment and they were closing in an hour they took care of my car and they were able to fix the tire. While I was waiting to see whether the tire was fixable I had gone ahead with Jason and picked out a new tire based on my criteria of wanting a high-end tire that would be a suitable price. Their prices were very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable about all the different options. It was just a happy circumstance that they were able to fix it for nothing. I would've been happy to pay for the repair and I would've been fine buying a new tire too. Certainly the next time I need tires for my cars I will be going to America tire depot on Blackstone in Fresno.
