Worst customer service. My company does a lot of business here and they are supposed to open up at 9 but no one shows up until 1030. Have no respect for others. Will never come back to this location again.

Car came bake with oil everywhere of the undercarriage of the car near the oil filter. I had to take in may car to have all the oil cleaned. First time and last.

I took my car there for an oil change and they didn’t tight enough the filter that thing fly away all engine is cover of oil almost kill the engine the good thing I stopped fast but they worked like that my mom took her car too and they didn’t tight enough the oil plug this place is trash I don’t know why they work like that just close this up.

The man who runs this or own this shop is a liar and a cheat. I took my vehicle to this place and had the oil changed and they forgot to replace the oil plug. I got less than two miles from the shop and the engine conked out and wouldn't start. He came out to check on it and admitted the mistake and said he would make things right. Toyota of Clovis determined that the engine was shot. The owner of Mobile One blamed the Toyota dealership and refuses to make it right. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I asked if I could get the super mobile oil change advertised online. He said my car couldn't use a synthetic blend and needed the more expensive full synthetic. Which according to the AI isn't true... He also failed to give my engine proper heat protecting by using 0-20 instead of 5-30 which would be more suitable given the coming summer heat. Overall very disappointed. Won't be coming back.
