Went for service on oil change and tire rotation. Same day noticed my tire had an air bubble and tire pressure was low on two other tires. From my understanding aren’t you guys supposed to inspect and check my tires. Luckily I noticed.

I've been going to this location for years and only ever had one bad experience that they made right. They're friendly and fast and great all around for most general mechanical work. Brakes, tune ups, battery changes, air filters etc. I highly recommend the Blackstone location between Dakota and Griffith.

Customer service was friendly, but the prices are way too high. I came in for an oil change and ended up paying $86 even after using a $33 off coupon — meaning the regular price is around $120. That’s extremely overpriced for a standard oil change. I only stopped by because I was out of town, but I definitely wouldn’t come back. If you can do it yourself, save your money.

This jiffy lube lacks a lot of knowledge when it comes to fleet accounts and put the customer Saftey at risk due to their incompetence. I came in on 11/17/25 both of the head lights on my fleet vehicle went out and they said they could not find the car in the fleet to bill out the work I drove 40 min across town with no headlights in the dark because they didn’t know what they was doing they need to be retrained. On 11/18/25 i called a different location and they pulled it up with no problem I took the vehicle in to that location and within 20 minutes both headlights was replaced and I was back on the road.

I understand this may have been partly my fault since I arrived at the last minute, and I’m sure your staff was busy and ready to head home. My main concern, though, is that I paid the higher price but still experienced a long wait. I also don’t believe all the fluids were checked or that air was added to my tires — I ended up having to take care of that the next day at Les Schwab, and my fluids still seem low. Lesson learned — I’ll make sure to arrive earlier next time.

I was here today just for an oil change. I happen to pull up right after a car infront of me. The employee saw both of us pull up. If you're asking how I know, I watch him watch us pull up. Lol. He then talks to the lady and didn't come over to me, so I waited. 3 mins later two more car pulls up and he went to go talk to them . He then finally comes up to me and ask have I been help. I'm thinking in my head, "bro, you the only employee I see standing there." Their website said and was posted in their shop, "15 min oil change service". Lol no it wasn't I was there over 35 mins. This is my first time, so I decided to give them a try since they claim it's was only 15 mins. They charge me $103 and this is with a $15 coupon. I was thinking on my way home, I should of just stuck with Red Carpets. Free car wash, whip down the dash and windows from the insides and they vacuum your whole car for u, while ur eating free pop corn(Unlimited) . All for under 90 bucks, well for my car and the wait time just is the same! They even have a convenient store inside!!!

Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and explained everything clearly. They even arranged a Lyft to take me home and ordered one for me when my car was finished, which I really appreciated. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this location.
