Great Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past unfortunately these days. But not with Fix Auto, they are AWESOME!! Very easy to work with. They communicated with me every step of the way & I loved knowing my baby (Honda Accord) was being taken care of. The work done on my vehicle was beautifully done. My sister just drop off her car yesterday but due to some issue, we have to take her car for a smog check, so we called them to asked if we can take our car for one hour for a smog check and bring it back. The lady on the phone said they already take off the car door and that the car was already being fixed but when we got there as you can see in the picture my sister car was still parked. We talk to the so what called manager she was rude and wouldn’t let us talk. She talked over us and told us to shut up so that’s when we went off and started recording her. She wouldn’t listen to us and went back inside and lock the doors because we asked for our keys back and she said no. They soon drove out our car for us while making us wait. The manager came out with our keys and we asked for corporate number and she refused to give it to us and walked away as you can see in the video. Bad costumer service and manager is a big lair and refused to listen to their costumers .

They even handled all the details with my not-so-well-known insurance company seamlessly. You wouldn't be able to tell where the repairs were done on my car. I chose Fix Auto Fresno because of a previous accident I was in and my insurance referred me to them ,,this time the paint and body work was an out of pocket expense and they did not disappoint.. They were great with communication on the process and when my vehicle would be ready!! I Definitely Recommend anyone in Fresno looking to have a no stress claim processed through your insurance or anything out of pocket to look at Fix Auto first!! Disregard the damage to my light I choose not to replace it for the reason that I had custom work done to it and I didn’t want to reinvest into doing that to a new light..
