Watch out with this Mechanic he acts like he's giving you a deal and helping you out but he is a really good liar fix my car and same problems came back he also will ignore you when you confront him he also scratched my hood and door and blames it on being a older car and rev my car on arrival of picking it up

While driving on the highway a weird sign suddenly popped up which made us really nervous. So we decided to look for a garage near by (we have a mini cooper s). We came across CALIFORNIA MERCEDES & BMW REPAIR SERVICE. There a really nice gentleman helped us immediately. He checked everything and was really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this garage to everybody. This guy saved our road trip through California; thanks again!

My Mercedes Air conditioner sometimes stop working so I made an appointment to repair the conditioner and went here in summer. Well, the air condition worked well when was checked at the beginning and even kept working well for half an hour. The technician explained to us sometimes we had to wait for few minutes if it’s too hot inside during the summer and told us it’s free this time and we could go there anytime once the AC doesn’t work again in the future. Since then the summer is over, I have tried the AC today and it still works well. Thanks!!

Quality shop with an honest mechanic who has extensive professional experience! Was passing through town with a Mercedes van without AC, which is obviously brutal in Fresno. Called Steve to explain the situation and he offered to open his shop early to help me out. Most mechanics don't bother to properly troubleshoot, but with Steve's formal training at Mercedes Professional Academy, he knew exactly how to diagnose the issue quickly and not throw the old ‘parts cannon’ at it racking up unnecessary costs. In under an hour, he had me back on the road with ICE-COLD AC. He's an honest dude who takes pride in his work. Thanks for saving my road trip! 5 starts, highly recommend.

Super nice and friendly guy had taken my Glc 63 to him I’m usually very picky where and who touches my car but he gave me a great price was straight forward and no bullshiting took his time to explain everything and did the service for my transmission, differential and engine oil all really fast and also showed me the bad oil also checked to see if everything was working properly he did amazing he’s a great mechanic and fast 🔥🔥 highly recommend 🙏🏽

I made the terrible mistake of having my transmission flushed at another shop..They caused a few problems(that they couldn't fix) which put my Mercedes in to limp home mode. I then took my car to Shane, and to be honest there isn't a good enough word to describe how amazing he is, and how quickly he found the problem and got to the bottom of it. Great guy, the price was very very good, and my car has never run better. I will never take my car to anyone but Shane in the future. When you talk to him you feel like you're chatting with one of your good buddies or a family member. There is no shop in Fresno,or in the valley that comes close! Thanks a lot Shane!
