I had an excellent experience at Francis Collision Center in Fresno. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Kevin, who handled the repairs, was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. The damages were repaired quickly and efficiently. My car looked great when I picked it up! The front desk staff also went above and beyond. Not only were they polite and professional, but they also kept me updated every step of the way. When my insurance company kept lagging and delaying things, the front desk did everything they could to help communicate with them and move the process forward. I really appreciated their patience and support. After the initial repair, I noticed a new noise that I believed was related to the original damage. I brought the car back, and the team took it in again without hesitation. Even though the insurance ended up denying the additional repairs, the staff remained understanding, respectful, and helpful the entire time. And as a nice bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car before returning it. I think it was a thoughtful touch and it didn’t go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a shop that’s professional, fast, and genuinely cares about helping their customers, I can’t recommend Francis Collision Center enough. Huge thanks to Kevin and the whole team!

My experience with Francis Collision has been nothing but the best. Had to take my Camry with the twice… unfortunately lol due to rear ends, just my luck. Both times they were fast and efficient with their work. First time they took 4 days and the 2nd was about 16 days(due to the damage being more severe). I always received updates on the process my car and staff were always kind. Definitely recommend here for any car repairs 100%.

Amazing turn around time, customer service and follow up. I would definitely recommend them again. The whole process was seamless and smooth and they worked amazing with Enterprise allowing me to drop off my rental car at the shop instead of at Enterprise. They also provide pick up and drop off service and cleaned the inside and outside my car. I would definitely use them again!

I brought my car here for a repair as it was one of my insurance’s preferred shops. The staff were friendly and professional, and the exterior repair turned out well. However, there were communication and transparency issues during the process, including an issue with a part that arised under their care. The pickup was rescheduled multiple times, and the interior cleaning wasn’t as thorough as expected, though the exterior was done nicely. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I expected better given their reputation.

I am very pleased with the service updates I received during the time my car was in repair. Kevin kept me informed of every step of the way. He contacted me almost every day so I never had to call to check on things cause they are very good about notifying us when their changes in their repairs. First off the customer service here is absolutely amazing. Juanita and Bernadette kept me updated nearly every day on every step of the process from start to finish. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a shop that kept me updated and the feature they have on that status of the vehicle via text message is a plus. However I’m only leave 3 stars because my car did get damage while being there. Kevin was upfront and honest about the damages when I arrived to pick up my car. I will update this and leave 5 stars once the vehicle gets fixed from there damage. Besides this occurrence I will definitely recommend. My cars rims were stolen and left on bricks not to major damage. Will leave before and after pics. Update my trunk lid was fixed in a timely manner. Would still recommend & go back if work is ever needed again.
