Poor customer service and they don't know what there doing. I had take my car back four times and they still didn't get it right. I finally just took it for a lost. I had to to go to Extreme to fix what they couldn't.

Best in fresno. No beating around the bush. You have to pay a little extra for quality. Built and Installed 12" sub in false floor box custom made for my car. Installed three way focal speakers in front of car with custom pillar to fit the tweets and mids. Installed two way focal in rear of car in factory location. Amplified entire car. Sounds great.

Worst Company in All Of Fresno Completely Stole My Money 💴 I made an appointment for a Drone and left a deposit of $235 Dollars 💵! 😭😭 I called several days before my appointment to cancel and they kept My My money 💴 and offered me 30 bucks 😂😂 These people are straight crooks don’t give them your money or your business ! I recently brought my 2010 Harley Davidson Screamin' Eagle Road Glide into Audio Innovations for a upgraded sound system. I was a little taken back by the cost of the system at first. But I knew I'd never heard any speakers like the Hertz. They had an extreme amount of output with amazing quality without distorting. After they were done, the price was actually a bargain. I have amazed all my other friends with their bikes. I'm sure Audio Innovations will see a huge surge of bikes coming in after everyone hears my bike. Thank you Audio Innovations for everything!

To be quite honest I prayed that God would help me to find a place that I could take my 75 year old dad to and I found it at Audio Innovations of Fresno. I wanted to know that my dad would be cared for whether I was there with him or not. Ryan and James were the best. Not only did they help my dad to pick out a great audio unit but the install job was perfect. The unit needed a dash bezel as the vehicle was a older model S10 truck and overall it looks like the whole thing was a stock install with a positive flare. I brought my car in about a year or so ago for an installation, and I found the staff to be knowledgable and friendly, and they made recommendations and worked with my budget and my needs to furnish a system that really sounded great, and was a very clean install. I have had audio systems in previous cars I've owned, but this one really sounds head and shoulders above the rest. I have been back since for questions and tweaks and they are always willing to help. I would recommend AI for anyone's install - whether you are a newbie or in competition. I appreciate James and Ryan and the whole staff that do such an excellent job for the love of car audio!

These guys are probably the top audio shop in Fresno they did work on our Porsche and it came out awesome, and they are currently working on our BMW. They won't try to sell you anything you don't need, their pricing is very good. I would highly recommend them for any type of car but especially a higher-end car that you might worry about somebody damaging.

After speaking with AI I have decided to reflect a review which provides context to my experience. The 5 stars are more reflective of my exp. with another company for interlocks, and AI fees, which are substantially less. I also believe after speaking with them that my perspective was not illustrated well. I will go on to state my reasoning for my frustration, which I believe are warranted, but star reviews are too crucial for the survival of a "mom and pop" business. I believe they cared about my experience, and were quite shocked at the 1 star. They did not tell me to make it 5. I do not believe they will expect it. But they rightly portrayed to me that it was unfair. It is obvious that they care about people. This is why I changed it to 5 stars. I have kept my original review because this is how I felt before talking with them. I do not think of it as invalid, but to say they were greedy was unfair. When I first started with this company, I had faulty wires from a poor job from Alcoalert from a location on Blackstone. I believe I told AI about these faulty wires. But they were not fixed. In fairness, not something they had to do, but I went through hell jump starting my car battery every few days. The other time that I was frustrated is when I had to tow my car there. The wire was faulty and they had simply replaced it. I felt that this invalidated my entire experience. Possibly they were quick to write me off. I expressed this to them. They were very understanding. I believe this experience has made a great company even better. I think they're standard of quality will just rise, not for profit but for people. The old review: I am a customer of low cost interlock. So my experiences are just with regard to this. But I must say they are as greedy as they are courteous. I have had so many issues with my installation to have them write it off as my own issues. If I were you, I would first of all drop Lowcostinterlock. But if you just started with them, you may not feel this way, go to Visalia. These people will not install it correctly. They will put a faulty cord in and you will be stuck with $163 tow.

I went in and talked to the owner Ryan. He quoted me a price so I said ok. James worked on my toyota and it took him a lot longer than Ryan thought. To make a long story short, they DID NOT CHARGE ME ANY EXTRA! I now know why they're rated one of the top 12 retailers in the nation and 12 top installers in the nation. My first google review, but these guys are so good, I must share. Purchased a Pioneer head unit from another Car Stereo Store. Recently switched phones from Android to Apple and the navigation on the head unit was off and unusable. Took it to the car stereo store, they downloaded firmware and I paid $75. Still did not work after 3 trips back to fix it. Finally decided to call Audio Innovations. They diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the issue. They also adjusted the individual speaker level in each of my 11 speakers, and the sound is amazing. If you want it done right and want to work with guys that really know what they're doing, this is the place.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted to upgrade the stereo system. I brought my car to Audio Innovations and I am very happy with the end result. They have a professional and clean showroom and Ryan promptly came in from the installation area to assist me. I told him what my needs were and he took the time to explain different options to me. I never felt pressured to go with one over another. He took my name, phone number and I believe my email address when he gave me some quotes and added me to their computer system. I wondered if I might get a follow-up call, but I did not. That is good! I did not want to be pestered. I came back a second time to listen to more options, and again there was no pressure to purchase anything then, but I was ready to have the work done and went ahead and made an appointment. I had a few questions and concerns during the decision-making process, but they answered them all to my satisfaction. They completed the work in the time they said they would, and my new stereo sounds fantastic! I brought my car back to them to have an alarm installed and they treated me exceedingly well, surpassing my expectations. Are they the cheapest option in town? Maybe not, but I believe you get what you pay for and customer service is very important to me. I felt comfortable and happy with this place. They made me feel that if I had any questions or needed help with my stereo or alarm, I could feel free to contact them. Communication outside of the shop has been primarily by email, which they respond to promptly. I'd recommend them to anyone and will go back to them if I have any additional audio or alarm needs for my current vehicle, or any I own in the future. Ryan and James are the two guys I worked with and they are great! Thank you!

We got to talk to the owner, who said he doesn't often deal with customers in the showroom. He is an awesome guy who really knows his stuff. I'm sure you already know this place is great, so just come in and check it out. The showroom doesn't really have a whole lot going on, but talk to the salesman and tell him what you want. They'll show you what they can do and give a good estimate.

I'm extremely happy with the work from Audio Innovations! Granted, this is my first experience with getting a sound system installed period so I don't have much to go off of HOWEVER, all I knew was that A) I wasnt going to try myself and B) whatever it was going to cost didn't matter I just wanted somebody that was knowledgeable and experienced and I definitely got that. I've known of Audio Innovations since I was in high school so they've been around for a decent amount of time. So I figured that to be in business still after all these years they've gotta be doing something right. I called to get a quote and I'll be honest, NO THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, but I didn't want to pay for the cheapest. So I went in and made the appointment and even prepaid a week and a half prior. They mounted a back up camera on my work truck right about the license plate. WHAT? I pull stuff in and out of my bed all the time. This was a terrible idea. That doesn't even account for the fact that it took them 3 months to order the part and then put it on. Never again.
