First thing I want to say is THANK YOU to Fernando and Rolando!! I would have been completely stranded over the entire Christmas weekend if they hadn't answered my call and come the same day, and I needed a starter motor replaced which on my car is not a simple operation (the entire intake manifold has to come off)! I called Fernando midday on Saturday, the day before Christmas Eve, and he gave me a very fair quote (I did my research!) and was able to come to me that same day. I was so relieved. I found out later that he had driven in from Arizona at 3 am that morning and he STILL came to the job! This is the kind of service I want to call out because you just don't typically see that too often anymore. They truly went above and beyond. I had ordered my parts the night before but then they were delivered to the wrong place that day and I was a bit stressed and upset when I found that out because they had just arrived to do the work but I had no parts as planned! Rolando immediately made me feel better and secure that we could figure it out and Fernando was so kind and drove me to the parts store and even called around to help me find the parts at a good price. I mean WOW! I had no idea when I called this business that I was going to be treated with such great service and respect, this is true quality. I just have to mention too, I read some of the other reviews and the ones who spoke badly really surprised me because I had a 100% all-around excellent experience. I grew up with a father who was a mechanic and I did the books at his shop for a time so I know very well that the rates Fernando charges are fair. You need to consider that - 1: you are hiring a professional who is skilled and experienced. 2: this is a MOBILE mechanic service! This isn't ordering delivery groceries or Starbucks, it is very challenging to work on a car without the conveniences of working in a shop (like air-powered tools, all your tools at your side, and car lifts) - these mobile mechanics have to bring all that with them and work in any variety of environments and conditions. And 3: this is a service industry, so when you are asking for a quote do your research from credible sources - every car is not the same! If you don't like the price just go somewhere else, but believe me YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Fernando has gained a customer for life right here. I love this company! Fernando is so great! He has come to my rescue at least 4-5 times in the last 6 months. Usually he can do what needs to be done right in my driveway. However, last time he needed to take my car to his shop. I didn't have anyone to give me a ride to get it there and back, so he drove it there and back for me. Service like that is hard to find these days! Whenever my car starts acting up he's usually here same day or next day to help me out. His work is impeccable, and he always tries to make the repairs as affordable as possible. I recommend him to all my friends and family whenever the need arises. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who will come to you, look no further!

I had my car giving me this annoying "engine hot ac turned off" warning and temp gauge not working for over a month! Kept asking ppl to help fix it and no one could! My car broke down on the highway in Fresno. We called this service because we needed a new battery. The service was excellent, super helpful, and friendly, BUT we got charged almost $900 today. We waited about one hour. The staff is lovely and useful, but almost $900 for a battery and about one hour of labor? Who made that kind of money per hour? People already desperate when car broke down with young children in the car. However, I am very thankful for your service, Sir. but with this price, I don’t think I want to recommend it. I wish you the best of luck.

I called twice and was told twice they’d call me back with an estimate. I never heard back from them. If you can’t even hold your word on calling back, not sure how people would trust you with their cars. Poor, poor service.

I’m not from the area and had a scary experience today when the underbody shield of my car came loose and started dragging and screeching on the road. I didn’t know where to go, so I trusted my GPS and ended up at this shop—and I’m so glad I did. Carlos was truly amazing, kind, and trustworthy. I had an excellent experience with Fresno Mobile Auto & Tire! My 2013 ILX suddenly wouldn’t start on the side of the road, and they came out quickly to check it. Turned out the starter was damaged. They not only diagnosed the issue fast, but also helped me get the part quickly and had it repaired in no time. Super friendly, very professional, and extremely detail-oriented. My 1970 Pontiac was not starting and the vehicle was converted to fuel injection and Fernando Sr and Jr were able to come the following day to diagnose what was wrong with the vehicle. Within five minutes, Sr was able to diagnose what was most likely wrong with the vehicle and he was 100% correct. The vehicle was fixed and started right up in a couple hours after going and getting a part from the local automotive store. The amount charged was more than fair and I felt like I was taken seriously and valued as a customer, which is really not the norm today. Lastly, I just want to comment on the knowledge that was on display between two generations of car, enthusiasts and mechanics. There is no question that both Jr and Sr take pride and what they do and are willing to share knowledge. I highly recommend this business as they acquired not just me but my whole family as new customers and now our new trusted mechanics.
