Overall it’s ok, they are helpful and polite. However, they charged me for an hourly rates when it only took no more than 10min to install a front license plate…. And there’s no room for negotiation. As a customer, I would be happy to support small business and pay for the amount of time and effort they’ve actually performed and put into. Not just so called “this is our minimum rates” for only a few min work. I’m sorry I just am not happy about this. Just to be aware, please….

Very bad customer service, Dave told me that since Jose from Carmax is paying for the repair he added to the notes and changed the estimate. Jose called me this morning and told me that I couldn't get a loaner car because of legal purposes, now I come to Dave's auto repair to leave my car here to get the autobody work done from Carmax vandalism and all of a sudden Dave was telling me that stuff wasn't covered that we had already discussed prior. Dave was going back and forth with me on the paperwork, I had to point out the fact that it was in the estimate. Carmax is retaliated against me and now I'm being discriminated against by Dave's auto care. I was coming here in good faith to get my autobody work done. Dave was extremely rude and very bad customer service towards me after talking with Jose from Carmax. This is the same thing that happened at the auto repair shop. Dave has altered the estimate to accomadate CarMax. This is dishonest and once again since Carmax is paying for the vandalism that they caused, Carmax has partnered up with Dave's care care to continue the harassment. Dave I'm very disrespectful in you. I thought that I could trust you. With how you were going back and forth with what we had already covered now you told me that there were things that I know that we covered on the estimate. I wasted my gas and time to come here today to get my autobody work done. I had an appointment scheduled for today and now since Dave was being rude and trying to change up what was already agreed. This is very unethical and I'm reporting Dave's car care to the better business bureau.

I had my jeep repaired by Dave a few weeks ago and as usual the job was excellent. He is the one I always call when I happen to wrecked my car, and not only I use him but my family as well. I also like the detailing that he does, the car comes out like new. He works very fast and he is very good communicating with you about the process. He does a really good job and I highly recommend him.
