I went there and had No Problems. I broke out my electric back window and they only charged me for the window and No Install Fee. The Window was Pricey but not there fault. They had it in and out in one day as Promised. I was Referred to them by a Friend and very Happy with the Service. You can't Please Everyone!!!

If there was a possibility to put a no star this place would get a no-star. Called five car body parts to check a leak on my back window got the mix up in the name with collision and mix it up with Caliber collision went over there on accident finally figured out it was garlock collision, call them to let them know I was 5 minutes down the street got it mixed up with the name employees, they answer the phone was very rude said that while since you're over there you can stay over there and hung up on me so I decided to go down there and talk to the manager went down there talk to the guy that answered me saying that he is the manager he is the owner and was very rude saying that I offended him for going over there when it was a mix-up. Told the guy it was a mix-up and he said he's not going to look at my truck, so I told him I don't care want to talk to the manager about his employee service but that's how there going to treat there customer then I feel sorry for the people that go over there to that shop.

Had my car for 2 months for a bumper paint job that when i went to pick it up the paint did not match my car when asked to redo it he agreed but kept my car again for a month i had to keep calling bruce on when my car will be ready this time when i picked my car up the paint was the same as if he never repainted it.he charged me $500.00 and lied about repainting my bumper. Poor service all around stay away from this shop. Took my bumper to a qualified shop and they matched the color perfectly In and out in 3 days.

Back in July, I needed a collision shop and with everything being backed up no one was available, called Bruce at Garlock and within a day he had my car towed to his shop and started work immediately, he dealt with the insurance and all the back ordered parts so we’ll! They called with updates and when I would call, they were nice and did the best they could to get my car done as fast as possible. Picked up my car and what beautiful work! Over 15 years, I have had a car and a pickup with minor damage, and a Harley Davidson with a completely destroyed front end, repaired by Garlock Collision Repair Specialist. All three were returned to me, as good or better than before the accidents. As if it had never happened. Each time Bruce Garlock, told me what the insurance company would do. He knew their procedures better than they did. Bruce and/or Sheri kept me informed on the progress, and two times finished the repairs sooner than expected. The Harley took longer because it had several custom parts that I thought they would never find. But they did. I can’t imagine the negative reviews on this page are about Garlock Collision Repair Specialist. They have always been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is a very busy shop. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve seen a constant stream of interruptions, customers, suppliers, insurance, and employees. All needing something right now. Bruce and Sheri handle this chaos easily, and come back to me, picking up where we left off. Bruce always has every piece of paper, that applies to me at his fingertips. He answers all my questions, and makes sure I’m satisfied. If you are expecting to go in there and have tea and crumpets with Bruce and Sheri, you will be disappointed and might think they are “rude”, they are WAY too busy for that. If you want your damaged car repaired better than it was, this is the place to go.

Garlock Collision has been my go to auto damage repair shop since they opened on Holland Ave. They have repaired all my family 's vehicles over the years including 5 different cars that I have driven. I won't let any other shop touch my cars. Bruce Garlock the owner won't release avehicle out of his shop unless it has been repaired to perfection. He takes pride in his work and sometimes it takes a little longer to finish. I appreciate him for trying not to allow my insurance company push after market parts on repair of my vehicles. I strongly recommend anyone needing collision repair work on their vehicle to use Garlock Collision.
