I brought my car in because it was overheating, I have a Cadillac escelade. What a professional experience. Always an excellent experience. But this last visit stands out above the rest as a warning and an appreciation for skill and ability. Purpose of visit: low coolant warning ⚠️ on Jaguar F Pace S Before discovering Norgards, we had a luxury car mechanic install a water pump on the side, thinking we were doing well. However, slowly over the period of a yr 1+ everything had been pushed out of place . Resulting in hidden leaks, and causing an excessive amount of damage just due to the incorrect install. Gratefully, because Blaze and his team are excellent, patient, and dignifying we were helped to thoroughly understand what was discovered. I am beyond grateful that Blaze is talented and passionate enough about his work to have brought my vehicle back the standard. Thank you Blaze, I value and truly appreciate you. Customer for life.🙏

I called NORGARD'S AUTOMOTIVE because I have seen a jaguar that they serviced regularly in 2025 this car is for sale at a dealership a few miles away , I had the good fortune to speak to Blaze who was able to trace the car in question and let me know what was done to that car and to reassure me that is was in fact a very solid car , he informed me of any potential things to look for in the future , what a pleasure it was to speak to such a well informed man who obviously knows his job (cars). Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use their facility in the future.
