Great shop. I grew up running Around in a auto shop. This place is great and its not super clear which would be bad. That would show that the don't do anything. This shop is the right kind of clear. The lobby is clear and the auto area shows signs that the work on cars a lot in there.

I have been a long time customer. It is difficult to find a business that you are comfortable with and trust. So I gladly drive across town to do business with them. There seems to be a lot of repeat business as the gal at the counter seems to know a lot of the customers. I recommend this vendor highly.

I took my 05 Toyota Tacoma in for a break job. My calipers and pads were replaced. After I had it home for a couple days I noticed a fluid leaking from the brake line on the passenger side. The brake fluid was all over the inside and partially on the outside of the wheel and tire. When I checked the brake line I noticed that it was loose. I was able to turn it almost a full turn on the threads. Brake fluid is very corrosive so I called Performance and informed them of what I found. They told me to bring it i to be looked at. The fluid had already corroded the wheel in some areas so I told Karen this. She immediately said that it wasn't corroded but that they clean it up and replace the calipers. She finally agreed it was corroded and took the wheel to be painted. I agreed to this as long as it would very similar to the other 3 wheels. When I went to pick my truck up the owner Allen told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the wheel after it had been painted he would order me a new one from Toyota. I had a trip to go on and was back in a couple days unsatisfied with the paint job. I called and spoke to Karen again and told her what Allen had said and she became very condescending stating that Allen never said that we would buy you a new tire. She also went on to say that they had bent over backwards to satisfy me. I reminder her that this all happened because her mechanic had done such a poor job. Of course Allen was now where to be seen so I know who wears the pants in that family. In any case the wheel was repainted to my satisfaction but I will never do business with them again. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

Been going to Raj for about 2 years now I have a older car almost 20 years old everything between ac and heater issues to new tires spark plugs and ignition coils Raj has came through diagnosing the issues and fixing the problems in a timely manner with reasonable prices and I have been very grateful to be able to use the Snap finance so I don't have to borrow or drive the car with issues and make it worse.. long story short great mechanic good prices 👍

I needed an oil change within an hour. Not only did he put all other tasks on hold, but he even went the extra mile and cleaned my windshield and did undercarriage inspection. Told me of future problem with my driver side axle. I would highly recommend. Very honest and professional service.

Thank You Performance Tire, I have taken all my vehicles to Performance Tire for the past 7 years. They are professional and courteous. The work has always been satisfactory and I have never had any complaints. Their prices are also very competitive with other tire and repair shops.

Visited this place in June 2017 to have my ac system evacuated. I was given a quote to the a/c repair and also added to the quote was a quote to have the water pump changed because they said it was bad and best to get them both done at the same time. I declined the work. Well it’s been almost 8 years several trip up and down the grapevine car has still had no issues. I’m sure if the water pump was really bad it would have over heated by now. But I’m just a woman there’s no way I know anything about cars. This is why I don’t trust shops. I’ve always had bad experiences.

I brought my car in because my fan wouldn’t turn off, Instead of taking the time to find out why my fan wasn’t turning off he told me it was nothing & to just ignore it. So not only did he not find what was wrong with my car. He said something else needed to get done and he charged me for that but I’m not even sure he even did anything because nothing seemed different & he didn’t fix what I brought the car in for.
