I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this shop. I initially brought my car in to get air in the tire. A few days later, I noticed the tire pressure was dropping, indicating a slow leak. I returned to the shop and asked them to check the tire. They claimed there were two nails in it and that it needed a patch, but I didn’t have my tire lock with me at the time. A few days later, I came back with the tire lock as instructed and requested the patch. They didn’t properly inspect the tire, just patched it, and sent me on my way. A few days later, the tire pressure was decreasing again, but because of my work schedule, I couldn't return until today. When I did, I asked for the manager I spoke to before, but he wasn’t there. Gabriel, who claimed to be the manager, was not the person who initially assisted me. They asked for my wheel lock again, removed the tire, and this time, three of them inspected it. They then told me the tire was no good and supposedly had another hole or leak. I was frustrated, as I had already been to the shop 3 or 4 times, and they had either missed this issue or possibly caused it themselves. They refused to put air in my tire or provide any further assistance, despite having already charged me for a plug and patch that didn’t resolve the problem. I strongly believe that if I were a man, I wouldn’t have been treated this way. It's disappointing that a woman can't receive honest service at this shop. If you choose to go here, make sure you watch them closely to ensure your issue is resolved because if you’re unable to return immediately due to work or other obligations, they won’t assist you properly. I demand either a refund or for my tire to be fixed as I paid for a service that did not solve the problem. I had to go to another shop just to get air, and if I end up needing to replace the tire, I certainly won’t be coming back here. The service was absolutely horrible.

Never again will I use anyone other than Amigos!! After an absolutely awful experience with Walmart that wasted my entire day, I gave them a call and in no more than maybe 17 minutes I was back on the road again and my car is diving so much smoother. The staff was so sweet to me, they worked quickly and efficiently and for an awesome price. HIGHLY recommend this tire shop!

Been coming here over ten years and it's a rip off they have taken tire lugs off and caps with me not knowing to find out from another tire shop that it has been taken off or they r missing. I have been sold semi good tires to where I have to go buy tires within the next month back at amigos tire. I also give tips but I choose to no longer conduct business. I have come out tremendously a lot of money lost

This place deserves zero stars, for price gouging. Now I don’t know much about mesquite but I work close by. I come in to get a patch, I was not welcomed at all, rudely asks what I need and simply walks off👀 at 41 years of age I wanted to yank the young man, but it wasn’t only him. The guy that sits behind the desk had such a professional attitude, the younger man went to get him for what reason, I still don’t know. Maybe to calm me down because even tho I had steam coming from scalp due to his rudeness so early in the morning at that, I didn’t say a word to him. Then he finishes with the tire and walks off👀 sir excuse me are you finished with the tire, how much will it be, first time there remind you. I go in to pay and the very nice man I just raved about price gouged me. As if this is my 1st, 2nd or 3rd vehicle. I paused repeated what he just said to me to make sure I heard him right. I paid and had 2 guy friends call for a patch and guess what the price that was told to both men was 10! Cheaper than what he just charged me.. now I really hope you upped the price cause that’s what you do to everyone but I doubt it because you would’ve gave them the same price on the phone. This is not a honest place of business.. I will be contacting the better business bureau :Update to whomever that responded, you do know that price gouging is illegal? Simply because you didn’t think I knew how much a patch cost. You thought you could do what you do and get away with it. I didn’t say anything because it would not have ended well for you. But it still won’t, so make ur pocket change by charging CERTAIN PEOPLE MORE THAN OTHERS while you can

DO NOT GO TO AMIGOS TIRE SHOP!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO AMIGOS !! I brought a used tire from Amigos with a 1 month warranty, and the tire went bad in 2 and a half weeks. So I go back up there to get another tire and the owner did want to give me another tire and also I even tried to ask if he would take half off of the price for another used tire and he refused. He is scamming people out of their hard earned money knowing that those used tires shot. Your business won’t prosper doing this

DO NOT GET TIRES HERE. Had to change two old tires so I went ahead and got some from here. Hasn’t even been two weeks and one of the tires ain’t no good. They said I had 1 month to return them if there was a problem. Tried to go back and have them changed out. Only for them to tell me they can’t do it without a receipt. They never gave me a receipt when I got the tires in the first place. 0/5 Stars

I got tire changed form here everything went pretty well except they didn’t let me see the process they were doing i was not allowed to enter in work area 🧐 which I understand maybe because of people safety 🥰 however after tire changed I didn’t drive my vehicle so next day the tire/ wheel was making cranking noise i had to visit mechanic when he checked the tire the tire pressure sensor was spinning inside the tire so they broke the sensor I would say mistakenly but they didn’t tell me about it My mechanic said they left it inside the tire so dashboard will keep showing tire pressure and working well but I got it fixed from other tire shop 💔 that’s the reason I always try to keep eye on my car when any maintenance is being performed, so this tire shop is not recommended not because they broke sensor it because they should have informed me about that at least.🌠

I like these guys. I got used tires for 2 different vehicles = worked well. One vehicle is what I used to do Uber Eats deliveries daily all over town, and the other is a family luxury vehicle. So, don’t rely on the negative reviews. That being said, I’ll see you guys soon!
