First, I want to thank Andy and the crew for getting the job done right. I’ve been having an issue with my catalytic converter and I was getting the dreaded P0420 code on my Subaru WRX. Seeing that this is a bigger job than I am equipped for, I shopped around but ultimately landed at Andy’s who IMO quoted me a fair price and he was able to use an after-market part that worked just as well. It’s honestly really hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but the team at Andy’s Complete Auto Repair is the real deal. I have been using Andy's for over 4 years now. I live in Encinitas, about 45 minutes away from the shop, but anytime I need car service, I drive that distance to his shop. I have found him to be very competent, courteous, and most of all, fair and honest. He not only understands cars, he also understands how to be a mensch. I just laughingly told him that he'll never be a millionaire, but he'll always sleep well at night for providing an excellent service. We need more people like Andy in our community. To conclude: His charges are very reasonable, his work is perfect, and his reliability is unimpeachable. I recommend his services without any reservation.
