Very helpful but they don't have a system for their customers when they come in to buy or pay or ask a question there are no designated lines for the customers to know whose first and who's not so my suggestion is start using the number system just like the DMV it might work for you if you're not going to do the right thing by guiding the customers to the line anyway just a suggestion

I went to this O'Reilly store shortly after they opened to get my battery, alternator, and starter checked for free. The part professional that helped me was very polite, prompt, and he explained to me what the test results meant on the diagnostic device. This is my second time coming to this store and both times I left a satisfied customer. I appreciate the information explained to me by the part professional about the status of my car parts. This particular store is small, staff is very helpful, and have excellent customer service.

This place is great and I will be coming here again. The store is clean and organized. Everything is easy to find. The people here are helpful and always in a great spirits. They are so kind when helping change the windshield wipers. They seem like they love working here and I appreciate the attention to detail one guy showed me. NEGATIVE STARS!! They close an hour before they're supposed to online says 10 pm we went at 9 pm on the dot and they were actively closing. Didn't say it was holiday hours or anything.

Went to exchange an item and the employee was friendly like before but then another employee walks next to him stares at me so I look around and ask are you waiting for someone since I can see provisionally his eyes staring at me like a raciest individual does to other than aren’t of his Caucasian skin. (E Valley parkway and citrus ave) I felt very uncomfortable and asked why is he keep staring at me like im a criminal, when his eyes should be on the computer he supposedly was using. He got defensive as I was expressing a concern I had previous day. It was escalating and I just returned my products and went to a place that treated me like a Human Being not with Racism.. Unfortunately customer service at that store whether employees has been there 1 month 20 years is horrible. Being treated with a racial expression and arguing with facts? Look at the cameras in the store if I’m talking it to another level. Thanks

Every single time I come here it's always five star service JUN was an awesome Rockstar employee today answering all of my questions about my new car they have a big spacious, and I easy to use parking lot and it is well lit. The store is Open until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday nights (The google maps is incorrect stating 10pm...) They wanted me to note this for future customers. I A+++++ service every time. ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I came to the O’Reilly Auto Parts at 910 East Valley Parkway and got helped by June, and I need to give credit where it’s due. June went above and beyond for me — I bought some lights that I couldn’t install myself, and without me even asking, he offered to help. He spent around 15 minutes outside with me installing them and making sure everything worked right. You don’t see customer service like that anymore. No attitude, no rushing, just genuine help. That kind of dedication is rare and deserves to be recognized. If you come to this location, ask for June — he’ll take care of you the right way. Five stars all the way. June is a solid asset to that store.
