I am extremely pleased with the work performed by John McClure and the whole Advanced Collision Repair team. My 2014 Cadillac XTS Platinum was hit by a neighbor while parked. I opened an insurance claim and called my local dealer who referred this shop for repairs. I waited for my assigned appointment and just prior made contact on possible timing for parts as I would out of pocket until reimbursed for a rental car. John made contact with a dealer to confirm availability of parts prior to my initial inspection. He made sure that I had realistic information about the timing of an insurance repair. They went to work right away and submitted a supplement to my insurance which was approved in the same day. There was a problem with the parts that were to be received by the parts house suggested by the insurance carrier and that caused a brief delay but John had already came up with a better solution to keep that time is of the essence attitude and take care of me as a customer. Am I ever grateful! Today I will pick up my car and be back on the road. Thank you Advanced Collision Repair Team! I appreciate your professionalism and customer service! If I ever need to use these services again, I would be repeat business for this shop.

If you are looking for an honest, professional and friendly place to take your vehicle to get fixed this is the place. I had 2 unfortunate incidents where my vehicle was hit and damaged. They took such great care and communicated the entire time with updates on where they were with the repairs. The work is guaranteed but honestly you won’t be bringing back your vehicle because the work is done right the first time.

I'm a subcontract that's been servicing this shop for over 40 years. I've also used them to repair various vehicles for myself through the years. As a vendor though, I feel I have a deeper insight of the pride this staff puts into their work. They're extremely demanding of me and others subcontracts. And I believe they're one of the finest auto body repair shops you'll find anywhere in the country.

About a year ago we had the front bumper on our F250 repainted due to rock chipping and a few cars "touch parking"... we were advised to spend some extra money and have the bumper sanded all the way do to ensure a smooth "new" appearance which we did...at the time the truck came back and looked great. A month or so ago we noticed that the paint on the bumper was just pealing off in small sections in several locations on the bumper. Since it was under warranty we took it back and John came out and looked it over. After a few minutes he confirmed they had an issue with one of their previous painters and possibly some of the paints. He pointed out that since we had "done it right" the first time that the repair would be under warranty and they they would "take it all the way down" and we were covered. We get scheduled to come in a few weeks later and during check in the young lady used the exact same wording, warranty, all the way down etc... so we dropped it off without any reservations. A few hours later I get a call from John telling me that unless we pay them $250 to "take it down" it will "not look good" when we're done. They only intend to sand it in the few areas where the paint peeled even though there is obvious adhesion issues. Needless to say I was a bit upset, at no time during the previous two meetings was additional costs ever brought up even as they stood there looking at it. He tried to accuse us of using a high pressure "pressure washer" to wash the car... no way. We occasionally take it through Costco but usually hand wash it ourselves. So they "bait & switched" us into paying for work that was under warranty because otherwise it would "look bad"... we were about to ask them to paint the side of our Tesla as it had a deep scratch but with this business ethic, or lack thereof, there is no way we will ever bring them another car nor will we be recommending them. We felt totally betrayed and taken advantage of. They told us we had the same warranty but at this point if the paint falls off the truck again I would pay to start all over with a reputable company. Avoid this place, it's not that they have questionable ethics, it's that they have none at all... Advanced Collision did reply.. here's my response.. Thank you for your reply.. and yes I did authorize the additional amount because, as you said, it wouldn't look good unless we did... kind of had us over a barrel. And I find it disconcerting that two employees inspected the bumper and it wasn't until the paint rep looked at it that you "discovered" the chips.. which by the way, you identified when we first put it in... regardless... the entire process in retrospect seemed contrived particularly when you accused me odd using a pressure washer on the vehicle as a way of explaining the peeling paint...

They keep in contact with updates along the way and are very efficient.
