I brought my 2021 Lincoln in after a hit and run to be repaired on my bumper. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Rami gave us amazing customer care and fair estimate! I recently had my daughter's car repaired. They worked with me on what I could afford to get fixed at the time. They took the time to explain and show my daughter what needed to be fixed and how to work the hatchback. They were quick to fix the car and we're super professional the whole time. I really enjoyed working with Lisa and Rami. I've been meaning to write this review for a while because I don't often recommend places to friends or family, but I've been telling everyone about my experience. I don't think I would have been able to get my car fixed had I not been referred to Rami. Not only are they great people, they did quality work and I'm really impressed on all fronts. Thank you very much for working with us and getting the car completed quickly before school started when my daughter really needed access to a car.

Call in the morning to schedule for an estimate for insurance, the receptionist was nice and helpful, my appointment is for 4pm. Got there little after 4, again the receptionist was nice, and she wants to take some photos of the damage while we walking to my car, the manger asks what year is the car? I said 1991, he said the car is too old we don’t work on old car. I feel so discussed and left without saying a words to him. This car was keep in the garage and cover for the life of the car, and in perfect shape for its age, unfortunately my son hit the deer in Harmony Grove in Escondido damaged the windshield, front quarter panel and dented on the door. This Autobody does high-quality work. I recently was in a bad accident with my Lexus IS 300, so I searched for an auto body shop in Escondido and found them. Rami, the manager, offered to tow my vehicle because it wasn't driveable. The staff did an excellent job and kept me informed with the repairs. I was notified to pick up my car, and they gave it a clean wash and made the car look brand new. The repair and paint job was spot on. I was so glad that everyone took their time and made sure that my car was safe to drive after my horrific accident. It is safe to say that I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to everyone.

10/10 Would highly recommend coming here for any repairs. We got into an accident where our right passenger side was hit and it looks brand new. I have a Kia Sportage that had damage on the side doors. Williams, the shop owner, not only did excellent work, but he also went above and beyond by working with my insurance company, providing me with detailed cost information and explanations of the work to be done, and keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. I highly recommend this shop. I also found out that their San Marcos branch is an auto repair shop as well, so I will be taking my car there for any future maintenance or repairs.
