Don't go this service center. Specially receptionist(Patric, Ethan) are very rude. They always complain about lack of mechanics, but the problem is their attitude toward customers.

Very difficult customer service. Called for an entire day but no one answering. Finally spoke with a manager who scheduled an appointment a few days out. However, when we showed up, they schedule the wrong date and could only see us 4 weeks in the future. Complete waste of time, seems completely disorganized there.

Scheduled an appointment here and the employee on the phone when speaking to the service center told me they would be able to do my emission test for me during my oil change appointment BUT I got here and they told me they can’t. I now will owe the DMV money for the delay on a service I was told could be done today. The reasoning given was that Indiana doesn’t require emission tests but doesn’t change the fact I relied on your employees statement to my detriment and you only conduct a semi successful business here because you operate in a town that is known for housing out of state undergrad and graduate students 10/12 months of the year so it’s foreseeable Hyundai owners from other states would need this in Bloomington at some point. Really annoying your inability to train your employees properly to tell customers what services they can or cannot get here is now going to cost me a late fee from my home state. Hope future customers don’t get lied to.

Called for tire replacement under warranty for new car and made appointment. Calling day before to make sure and no appointment for me and no tire was not there to install. Also service department. Changed oil and did not reset. I hope chaged oil correctly

I got a phone call from the dealership to notify me of a recall on a part on my car, which I really appreciated. They got me in quickly and completed the work in a timely manner. The waiting area is also really nice, which is great for working while the car is being worked on.

I don’t usually leave comments, but this whole experience with Hyundai service department was very disappointing and frustrating. First, the person at the reception (Ethan or Patrick?) scheduled the wrong service (I asked for multi-diagnosis, but he scheduled the engine oil change for the car) even though I double-checked with the person. I got my engine oil changed that day, so it didnt make sense that they scheduled engine oil change for the same car. Anyway, my husband went after two weeks, but the service told him they didnt have any parts, so he came home with nothing done. And today he went there around 20 minutes late, and the person at the registration told him to reschedule the appointment for another day. Is there any policy saying that 20-minute late show up can’t get any service? At this point I even feel that the person intentionally refused to help him since I’ve never seen any service department like this. We have been very frustrated by the situation for two months and probably won’t go back.

Have to agree with the most recent reviews, service department, specifically the service writers, have no clue what they are doing. Scheduled an appointment two weeks out for a recall campaign and made sure to even give the service department employee who answered the phone the campaign number and description. Also requested an oil change and safety inspection. Was told right then on the phone the recall service would take about an hour or so. When I arrived on my scheduled day (20 min early) was told they had me down for an oil change which I acknowledged, but had to remind him about the recall service, which he said he didn't know about but they'd take care of it. 45 minutes later I'm told everything was going well but they found a brake light out, and did I want it replaced? Yes, please replace it. 30 minutes goes by and then I'm told my car is ready. At the cashier window, the same service writer I'd been working with says nonchalantly they didn't do the recall work because no one ordered the part. What? I drove 90 minutes to get the recall work done as it's the closest Hyundai dealer. He tells they didn't have my VIN. And who's fault is that? Certainly not mine. Then he tells me they can't find good help. C'mon dude give me a break. YOU stayed silent the whole time when YOU KNEW there was no recall part in stock and said absolutely nothing until it was time to pay. Won't be going back, definitely not worth my time and effort. I'd advise anyone else who values their time to do the same. This place deserves to go under.

Single greatest automotive aervice experience I've ever had. I had a breakdown away from home. The problem was caused by a mistake that my home town Hyundai service tech committed when working on my car the previous week. Larry Askren at Mohr's worked with them persistently until they agreed to pay for the repair (the car is still under warranty.) He also tracked down a hard- to-find part so I could get back on the road the same day.
