Had my suv a week there and they came up with it was 6 actuators when the issue is that one side blows hot and the other cold and it had a leak somewhere, they told me I needed to buy all 6 actuators but they were waiting on the price from the agency due to them being out of stock, when an item is out of stock the price still shows so I don’t know how that makes sense, overall terrible service just wasted my time

This business is among Laredo's best! I visited this business three times, for different reasons or parts, in a period of two weeks. The visits went very well! They honored a return of a new AC compressor without any issue. I just presented the receipt and verbally explained what a local diesel repair shop (known to Andy's Air) had done to arrive at the conclusion the AC compressor had a leak. No manufacturer's paperwork statements to complete. Nice, nice, nice! (French Ellison, Amparts, Laredo Truck & Trailer & the rest could learn from Andy's Air. Furthermore, the money was credited back to my card within the 2 days it took for my CC company to process the transaction. No waiting 90 to 120 days to get the manufacturer's approval.) On July 4th, 2019 I purchased an AC fan motor. I asked if they could install it in a Truck Tractor instead of my having to look for a Road Service or head to the TA. With just over 2 hours left before they would close at 2 pm, we negotiated and they agreed to perform the install. I had the truck brought over from a nearby location. They said they would call me when the job was completed. At about 1:35 pm, I got the call informing me the truck was ready. Wow, that was quick! I had expected at least another hour before they'd be finished. The truck driver and I went over to pay and check out the truck. The AC was functioning great, as it should. No issues. Super-duper Kudos: (on July 4th) during the time I bought the AC fan and upon returning to pick up the Truck Tractor, Andy's Air personnel offered us some of the BBQ, guacamole, potato salad and soft drinks they had prepared for their employees in celebration of July 4th. Everyone made us feel at home and as part of their team! We were very thankful & grateful Andy's Air was among the few businesses open on July 4th. It would have been an extremely uncomfortable, long-distance, drive for the truck driver team without the AC system working, especially in the Texas heat. That's not all: one of their Parts reps: Mario C., even provided me with his business card, in case we needed any AC parts, after hours. The owner didn't let us leave empty handed, he gave me some complimentary drink koozies (canned drink insulators) that had the Andy's Air logo. Laredo, TX businesses and all businesses that involve customer service can definitely learn lessons from Andy's Air and their crew. This, in my opinion, is a true U.S. of A. company that merits my continued patronage!!

Took my obs due my a/c was not blowing enough air, had tried with other buisnesses to fix my problem and nothing good, one said my compressor was weak but i had just replaced it like 6 months ago, bottom point is Andys fix my problem in less than a day. Drop truck at morning by noon same day called me it was ready. Problem was on the main harness awesome job and price reasonable enough, would recomend to everyone with a/c problems.

Worst place I have ever been to. Called in this morning and told them my vehicle's compresor was getting jammed, they told me to stop by for a diagnostic, on my way there my vehicle's belt was torn, I got there and told the receptionist my vehicle's compresor is jammed and the belt just blew. The mechanic asked the receptionist to run the code scanner in my vehicle she told the mechanic the codes and without even opening the hood, nor turning my vehicle on, or even touching my vehicle the mechanic told the receptionist to tell me they needed to change the compresor, the expansion valve, the condenser and evaporator. The receptionist told me this and I asked if I could speak with the mechanic to ask about everything since I know it is just the compresor and only wanted to change that. The mechanic told me they could not guarantee anything no even the compresor by it's self. I then asked how much the diagnostic was and what the diagnostic was, he said it was $75 and the diagnostic was: compresor not working and torn belt. So basically I got charged $75 for someone to repeat what I told them over the phone and in person. It took another 15 min for them to charge me the $75 dollar diagnostic fee. I left the place went to Laredo Auto Air and they did a full inspection opened the hood turned it on, ran the code scanner and will have it ready tomorrow and they do guarantee their jobs and the compresor. Will never go back to Andy's auto air supply
