My Tacoma has always been serviced by dealerships. I understand that maintenance needs to be done to keep it running smoothly. I was quoted at the dealership and because everything these days are so expensive, I decided to take my truck somewhere else. I took it to this shop, I feel like I was given a fair price for the work they have done to it and my truck seems to be driving better. I have always been skeptical of mechanics ripping people off but I think Mr. Arenas might have proven me wrong. Thank you sir.

Luis is the only mechanic in amarillo that I trust to service my vehicle. He does great honest work and quickly too! He's done several services including replacing my alternator, serpentine belt, and control arm assembly. He even diagnosed why my engine was smoking due to jiffy lube leaving my oil dip stick not put back in all the way, which was causing oil to come out and burn up on the hot engine.

Was having a continuous issue with my car vibrating when braking. Took it to another mechanic before and it fixed it for awhile. Then it came back twice as worst as before. Mr. Arenas figured that the new rotors were warped, new brakes were trash, and the wheel hub that been replaced had gone bad. He also concluded the c/v axel was bad and what was causing the problems. After he had all the parts, it only took an hour and half to complete the repairs. He charged a fair price and I would recommend him to anyone.

January of 2024 I went in to have my tires aligned because the inside of both tires were wearing down faster than the rest of the tire. After getting my alignment I noticed that my vehicle started pulling to the right now. Here it is now a year and a half later and the right side of my two front tires have worn down more than the rest of the tires. Which means that when they did my alignment they did not do a very well job at it. As for everything else they do there, I can't really speak for it that is the reason why I gave two stars. Edit, after seeing the response to my review and being slandered saying that I did this and I did that when they know nothing about my driving. I have to admit that yes, I should have went back to them as soon as I felt the vehicle pulling to the right, but for some reason I felt it would not be worth the headache. Considering that the pulling to the right was not even a week after I'd gotten the alignment done by them. I am glad that I did not go back to them and say that this was the issue. Would have been some words exchanged him trying to accuse me of something and just unoverall negative experience. So now I'm moving this down to one star and I will be posting this on any of the review page that I can

Was traveling in Amarillo when my car broke down. Luis was able to get me in the same day 15 minutes after I called and was able to quickly diagnose my issues and had me up and fixed the next day with extremely reasonable pricing. He’s a great guy who knows what he’s talking about and took me to look at the car and point out the exact issue. He’s very personable and has some cute dogs as well! Definitely recommend

Paid to put in a new transmission now my car only starts if it's in reverse it definitely did not have that problem before. The transmission still sounds horrible my car is making loud noises. They didn't put it back together right there's no way. Now the wiring is messed up after 2,000 + dollars and my cars still not fixed. Now I have to find another mechanic to fix whatever is wrong with it.

I took my mom's car to their shop today and this is like my third or fourth time using this shop and I can't say enough good things about them It was $120 to fix my mom's muffler and he did a great job I'll include some pictures I talked to Luis and he was great very professional and a fast reliable worker I should also tell you that in the past all the repairs that I had done they lasted and it's been a couple years since we had them done so once again I really highly recommend this business and they are good people and they are honest I give them a five-star rating with a 10-star rating for customer service.
