I went in today for a new battery and while waiting some guy with a white shirt that i believe works there walked behind the counter and exchanged a few words with the customer that was being helped by the younger guys that were there already he became really aggressive and vulgar with the customer and refused him service for asking a simple question he was very unprofessional I ended up choosing not to give this establishment my business 1/5 wouldn’t not recommend. -AS

I’m so glad this place ARmax was open on Sunday. My daughter got married and I left my vehicle parked and it was broken into and they basically stole my battery and I needed to get that battery in my car away from San Bernardino so I was able to come over here to get a new used battery for good price and I’m glad that they were open on Sunday so now I’m on my way to San Bernardino to pick up my car to bring it back so I’m glad that they were open thank you so much five star service.

I am so thankful for this family business. My car broke down in front of the business on Oct 15 and the boys came to my rescue.. I needed a Starter and A Alternator and was able to get the parts the next day at a very good price.. It was a blessing in disguise my car acted up in front of their business..
