Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment and he never showed up. He did not communicate with me that he was not coming. He never responded to me when I sent him a message asking if he was still going to come like how we agreed. Unprofessional.

Arturo and his father removed, what I thought were, permanent stains from my car’s paint. Rain water had been trapped under a car cover and left numerous dull spots on the paint that I could not rub out. Arturos got the stains out and made my car glisten. I could comb my hair in the mirror like finish. Five stars and a customer for life.

Arturo and his partner did a fantastic job cleaning the outside and inside of both of my vehicles. The wife's Subaru Outback and my Ford Ranger 4x4 pick-up, and the Ranger was very dirty...covered with mud and extremely filth inside. Now both vehicles look brand new. Amazing! Met Arturo’s son in the orielys parking lot and gave me a great quote on doing a full inside and outside detail, including an engine bay cleaning and carpet cleaned. He worked for hours on my car making it as clean as he could. Amazing service and great attitude. Highly recommend

Had scheduled a detailer a week in advance to show up at 12:30pm, yet he never showed up or contacted me. I called Arturo to see if there was any availability and was notified that, if there was time at the end of the work day, he would try to squeeze me in. Low and behold I got a call at 5:30pm and Arturo came to the rescue. My Stinger looks beautiful now! I really appreciate the last minute work.
