It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. Scotty told me everything up front and didn't try to upsell anything. Jason did a great job on the repair! He promised that I would be done by 2pm. Called in yesterday to find price and availability. Scott the owner had me in the next day. I had checked around for prices for brake pads and rotors. Was reasonably priced thru in a flush for my brakes.the work seems fine but what I'm impressed by is the customer service. Scott and his mechanic Jason were extremely friendly. I was referred here, and I can’t tell you how glad I am to have been connected with Scottie. He got me in right away (the day before thanksgiving, no less) diagnosed my issue immediately, quoted me an accurate price, and gave me a timeframe he 100% followed through on. These guys are consummate professionals, and they do amazing, transparent, effective work. Everything was explained in terms I could understand, and they made me feel comfortable to be there, which isn’t always a typical experience in the auto repair world these days. Scotty and Jason are about the most honest mechanics around. While everything is expensive these days, so is getting your vehicle maintained and fixed. However, these gentleman won’t take from you, they’ll give to you honest and great work and stand by their work! For example, I was sure my truck needed brakes and wanted them done before a long trip towing a large RV. Scotty ordered them and scheduled me in. I bring in the truck and drop it off for the day, and in an hour or so, I get a call to come down to the shop. With the wheels off, they both showed me that I didn’t need brakes. They could have just done them and got paid either way, but their honesty and integrity saved me a lot of money and why I keep going back. Those kind of mechanics are hard to find these days and why they’ll have me as a customer for as long as they’re in business…
