★☆☆☆☆ Car window broken for 3 days, still not fixed. Only one guy "Paul" has control of scheduling & orders & insurance contacts, and he's only in the office for about an hour a day, just before noon. Failed to return calls and just said "yeah that happens" when told about difficult contacting them. Overworked glass installer left to man the phones without given any information or ability to actually help anyone with the glass order status. Basically seems to take for granted the fact that Allstate tries to get you to use them.
