This post is a testament to the "quality" of the paintwork of Costelli & Pardini's. A car might look good just after being painted, but how does it hold up after many years? The previous owner of my 1967 Jaguar had the car painted (and miscellaneous bodywork)at the shop in 1999. More than 20 years later, it looks brand new. Every aspect and detail was handled impeccably, and there is no degradation whatsoever. I am constantly complimented on the paint, and when paint professionals see the car, they say "who did this work?" They are simply awestruck by the quality. I felt I had to give a shout-out to these guys to let them know their work is appreciated long after it's done and out the door.

What a sham!! booked an appointment there and was redirected to Redwood City even though the address said it was in Menlol Park. I show up at the scheduled appointment time 20 minutes later at 10 AM yesterday and there’s no one there , completely deserted!! garage doors are locked down. There’s no cars anywhere. I bang on the office door window look inside and there’s just an empty desk. You call the phone number and you have two choices and nothing happens even waiting for a live representative, they tell you just leave a message. I left a message. Didn’t get a call back for six hours. The website is very misleading saying they have offices in San Mateo and Menlo Park when it turns out the actual repairs are in Mountain View. I should’ve checked the reviews before I called, but I trusted the two car insurance companies, Hartford and GEICO and they both had Crash champions on their list. Chilton is much better
