I had a family event to go to so I really appreciate them taking me in so fast and repairing my tire. They even checked my sensors on my tires to make sure they were reset and working properly. Wow! Great service and prices! I came in to swap out my tires for my winter set and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in. They noticed that one of my tires had been put on incorrectly (facing the wrong way!) on the rim so they took care of that for me. Great friendly service! And, very surprised to see they had actually wrapped my summer set of tires in plastic before placing them in my hatchback trunk! Very nice! Big thank you to Michael and Nate!!!

I've been going to Wheel Works on B Street for years now, and I honestly cannot tell you how many times they've saved me. Somehow, I seem to collect nails in my tires on a fairly regular basis (no clue why!), but whether I’m getting a quick patch, a full new set, or an alignment, they always take great care of me. Giselle is exceptional, attentive, knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely honest. The entire team works quickly and efficiently without ever compromising on quality. They take the time to explain what’s going on, never push unnecessary services, and somehow manage to get me in and out faster than expected every single time. I drive a Pacifica that used to skid if the pavement was even slightly wet with the original tires. It was nerve-wracking to drive my kids on rainy days. The team recommended all-weather tires that completely transformed the car. They’ve lasted years, and I haven’t had a single traction issue since. Their customer service, speed, and workmanship are consistently top-notch. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this dependable, professional, and kind. I won’t go anywhere else.

I normally bring my car to the dealership for all my service, but the last time they told me I’d need new tires when I had just bought new tires from them the year before. I decided to try somewhere new and made an apt to have my car serviced (oil change, tire rotation and 75k mile service) at Wheel Works. I brought my car in this morning and Nate helped me. He took all my information and said he would call me when the car is ready. He was professional, courteous and friendly. The location was easy to catch an Uber. Nate called me a few hours later to say my car was ready and he was thorough in his explanation of the work they did. He also said I do not need new tires. When I picked up my car, the cost was much less than the dealership, it took less time to service and it didn’t take 20 min to check in. I have to say with Nate’s professionalism, honesty and enthusiasm for his job I will bring my car back to him.
