Disrespectful tone by the gurl that handled my paperwork. Car is only 3 years old and has so much wrong with it that cost more than its value. It was brought in for tire issue and found out that it’s going to cost over 3,000 in repairs. That was this visit. The last visit, a few months prior, showed it had around 8,000 in issues, none of the issues are the same. Again just 3 years old. When my husband decided to not get certain part yet, I went to the desk and the lady wasn’t there so I asked a man to help me, that I think she left for the day. He looked up long enough from his phone to say, “ she will be back, not gone.” Then looked back down on his phone. Positive: car wash was exceptional. Audi is a beautiful car, but not worth paying the price for a beautiful car that won’t last. Reason for visit was nail in tire.

Audi Central Houston, took my money for 'routine service' and 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, the engine light pops on. Bring it back, and suddenly it's gonna be a whole thing. $260 to diagnose? No loaner? Just leave me stranded. Still haven't fixed the issue. 👎 Would NOT recommend.

The customer service has been great, and the staff has always been polite. However, I am very disappointed with the mechanic service. This is the fourth time I have had to bring my car in because of a cooling system leak, and the problem still has not been fixed. I am extremely concerned that the issue will happen again, especially while driving on the freeway, which could be very dangerous. I expected this problem to be properly resolved after multiple visits, and I am feeling very nervous about the reliability of my car at this point. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and fully addressed as soon as possible.

Absolutely horrible service department. They will lie to you about what services your car actually needs, especially when it is in for a warranty issue. They want to try and confuse you to scam extra services that they can charge for. The service manager's response is only, "I'm sorry you feel that way." I wish there was somewhere else close by to have Audi warranty issues dealt with (there are many, especially involving the MMI) because this place is totally untrustworthy. Adding photo of the nail in my tire that they said was "in the side wall." Taking it to Discount Tire for repair or replacement because I can trust them. Told them that as soon as they alerted me to the nail...then two hours later I get a call saying they replaced the tire (which I didn't authorize.) What a waste of time.

I had such a great experience at Audi Central Houston this weekend. After having a pretty disappointing experience at another Audi location, I was honestly dreading bringing my car in again. But Shaun completely turned that around for me. His customer service was excellent — he took the time to listen, made sure I understood what was going on, and handled everything with so much care. He made sure my Audi was in great condition and got everything done in a timely manner, which was huge because I needed to get back on the road quickly. I’m truly grateful for the way he went above and beyond. Thank you, Shaun, for taking such good care of me and my car. Highly recommend this location!

Everything was fine. I however, was surprised to find that the Audi Service Center charge an additional 3% for using a credit card. I pay more to have my car inspected and fixed at a dealer because of the great service and comfort of knowing they are doing the right things for my card. I do not expect to pay a credit card fee on top of what I already am charged.

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Audi Central. My experience with my service agent, Chris, was unprofessional from the moment I arrived for check-in. When he called to let me know my car was ready, he was rude and disrespectful over the phone. When I arrived and calmly informed him that his tone was unprofessional and unappreciated, he began yelling at me. His anger stemmed from me arriving 7 minutes after their 4:00 PM closing time, despite the fact that I had called ahead to explain I was stuck in traffic due to closed streets and a large protest in the area. Earlier, a kind receptionist in the sales department had offered to let me pick up my keys there if I was running late. However, Chris was already irate, stating he "didn't have to stay a minute past 4" and insisted I wouldn’t be able to get my car from anyone else. I have never experienced this level of hostility, and I certainly never expected it from an Audi dealership. I eventually refused to continue interacting with Chris as he continued to yell and disrespect me, which was incredibly upsetting for my son to witness. Thankfully, Jeffrey Restrepo from the Sales side stepped in to assist. Jeffrey was professional and helped me get my car when the service department failed. Unless major changes are made to the service staff’s conduct, I cannot recommend this location. Dealing with Chris was an absolute nightmare.

Erik Ta is a great advisor and I would trust him with any of my vehicles. I dropped off my RS5 for an alignment and it was done before lunch time. He is very informative, kind, and knowledgeable. The Flor my service advisor is the best I have ever dealt with. The service provided by Audi is second to none. All their people are courteous and they advise you before performing any major service before proceeding and confirm their service electronically. Your car is returned washed and cleaned for your pick up. I have never been disappointed.

Went here to address a couple recalls and ended up needing a couple more things done after a thorough inspection was conducted as part their complimentary service. The customer service was great (shoutout to Shaun H) who kept an open line communication throughout the process, especially when the service took longer than expected. Shaun also looked into my extended warranty and got the non-recall services covered! It was also nice to have a loaner car over the weekend while the repairs were being done, which was also a seamless process.

Parts and service department was very professional. Very patient and understanding took the time out to go ever go over everything Within paperwork that they provide to you. Timely matter was always within 24 to 48 hours. But mostly I appreciate Danielle, Her performance alone was phenomenal. I recommend her 10 out of 10. I have been spoiled by the service at Audi Central in Houston. To start I've been very impressed by the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the folks in the service department while my car was in warranty. So nice! Then, inevitably, a warranty expires. When that happens common wisdom is that bringing your out of warranty car back to the dealer is a bad idea, mostly because of the cost. I have not found that to be the case. It's a well-known fact that that auto repair is becoming increasingly complex. Still, facing my first out of warranty repair to my A6 Allroad I took it to my old trusty independent high-end auto repair shop...known for Audi repair. That afternoon they called to tell me they didn't feel competent to do the job. I'd never heard that from them before. That's when the extra expertise of the mechanics at Audi Central became necessary, especially given that there were more problems with my car than were initially identified. That sounded expensive, but in the end Audi Central made these repairs far more affordable than I was expecting. Amazing. I'll be back for sure.

I scheduled an appointment for January 21, 2026 for an oil change and a brake system diagnosis for a sound coming from my left rear tire. During the initial consultation, I was informed that the oil change package offers a complimentary diagnosis and therefore I wouldn't need to include the comments about my breaks. Using the assurances of the professionals at the service center, I agreed (as a professional myself in a different area, I know the staff is fully knowledgeable and has the best idea of how to quote and write things for the benefit of the customer, or so I thought) and waited for the repair suggestion. Once the service was complete, I was provided a couple of service recommendations, but none were explained to fix the issue of the sound coming from my wheel. I chalked it up to maybe something was stuck in the wheel and fell off during the diagnostic exam. I paid my $300, and went on. By the time I got home (20 minute drive) the sound came back. I attempted to call the dealership again to try and figure out what the sound is as I am afraid to drive it. I was informed I would have to pay another $300 for them to figure out what was needed to be done. I am extremely frustrated that I would 1. have to pay another fee that I had originally paid for the purpose of fixing this issue and 2., take more time out of my day and work to get this issued fixed when it should have been caught when I originally went in. I explained my frustrations and was just met with a "well you still need to pay the $300." While I understand things and services cost money, it feels like I am being taken advantage of, in order to get another couple hundred in profits. This is extremely unfortunate as I really enjoy my car and have never had issues with this service center before and had expected to remain a satisfied customer for years to come. Unfortunately, I have lost trust and I am unsure on whether I will be listened to upon any future appointments. To sum up, this is crappy.
