I always thought that your service advisor should not remember you by name. It is said if you know their names and they know yours, you may be visiting your dealerships for maintenance and other service issues more often than you should’ve or you have an unreliable car in your hands.
This is not the case though for me. I make it a point to remember people’s name especially those in the service industry that does a great job. I don’t expect this to be reciprocated though. When I walked in for my 50k mile service on my Audi A6, Shaun Hazeley broke into a big smile and addressed me by name and shook my hand. We exchange pleasantries and I asked how his brother, Chris was and was told he was in. This was when Chris walked in and greeted me by name! I have worked with Chris in the past yet of the probably hundreds of customer they see each week, I can’t imagine him remembering me, but he did.
The Hazeley brothers always provided exceptional service. Very friendly and professional in their interactions with their customers. I have been to the service department only a handful of times for routine services, yet both gentlemen left a positive impression with me that makes me feel good and comfortable about leaving my vehicle in their care. There is an Audi dealership closer to where I live in Katy but I feel more at home and at ease doing my car’s service needs with Audi Central Houston. Thanks in large part to Shaun and Chris Hazeley excellent customer service. They are both truly a great asset to the service team and to Audi Central Houston.
