this is the second review. I have done on the Audi dealership in Charlottesville Virginia. I’m not one to do reviews, but this is the poorest service I’ve had in my 84 years of life. It took me forever just to figure out how to do a review I was so disgusted. They have mechanics to handle the technical problems with these cars, but they did charge $350 and told me I would have to take it elsewhere because they could not figure it out. I then drove to the Audi dealership in Richmond today and had excellent service. They even Uber us to Sharpe pump mall because it was taking so long to repair our air conditioner. They were able to figure out the problem and actually charged us a modest amount less than they said it would cost. We were very impressed with the service and Aaron Carter who helped us. Save your money and your time and go directly to the Richmond Audi dealership if you have any Mechanical problems with your Audi.

Mr Greenwood did an outstanding job. My truck came up from North Carolina and as soon as it showed up that morning at 7:45am he drove it down and filled it up with fuel. Got the truck inspected and cleaned right away. I truly appreciate all the effort he put into selling me the truck. The sales manager Brian worked with me on my budget and provided excellent feedback on my loan and interest rate. The general manager even came to my job and thanked me for my purchase. A great experience a great company to buy a car from.

I took my car in for its 30k-mile maintenance on 8/16. Afterward, I noticed engine noise during acceleration and loose rear sensors causing parking aid issues. Since the dealership was closed on Sunday, I booked an appointment for 8/18. The issue was traced to an improperly closed engine filter cover, which caused noise in turbo mode. This wasn’t my first experience with service errors. During a previous recall, the coolant pipe wasn’t reconnected properly, leading to a complete coolant drain and requiring a tow. Also, the front desk staff was unhelpful—no repair time estimate was given despite my request, and I waited two hours before someone else assisted me.

My experiences with the service folks at Audi Charlottesville have always been great but I recently had good customer service taken to a whole new level courtesy of their concierge coordinator Stephanie Wood. She assisted me with a insurance miscommunication issue well above and beyond what was likely necessary and certainly required. Thanks to Stephanie my daughter and I got into a rental car while navigating some issues outside of our control. I appreciate Stephanie and her outstanding professionalism!

Scheduled service for my vehicle to get done the day of and upon arrival was told that the car would not get looked at until the next day, after driving an hour and a half to get recalls addressed and an inspection. They didn't even offer a loaner to cover the time it would take to inspect their own recalled vehicle. Then the guy at the service desk had the audacity to attempt to get me a business card after letting out the nastiest cough into his hand. 🤢 Unfortunately there aren't many Audi service stations in the area but I'll definitely be making the extra trip to Audi of Alexandria

Vehicle Lost Under Their Care Almost 4 years with No Accountability or Resolution... Would give 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me . In March 2022, we had our Audi Q7 TDI towed to Flow Audi Charlottesville for a simple battery check. The car was in perfect condition well-maintained and regularly serviced. After months of delays,excuses, misdiagnoses, and shifting stories, they tried to buy our rare diesel Q7, which we declined. Then we were told our entire engine supposedly failed, & they quoted $25,000 the same amount they offered to buy the vehicle for. Flow Audi ignored us for months until we filed a police report, which finally forced a response. In Dec 2024, the General Service Manager admitted our vehicle was missing and stolen and confirmed there was no mechanical lien because there were no services done to the vehicle, we owed nothing and that he put his hand on every car in the lot and did not find ours. . He has since left the dealership and the new GM in the Service department ( which they give me varying names) Jason/ Jerami Bastable is always in a meeting, with a "customer" and never returns calls. I have asked for this matter to be escalated to the proper channels and still nothing. We’re still making payments on a vehicle they lost, with no restitution, documentation, or accountability. As an active-duty military family serving this country, it’s heartbreaking to see how Flow Audi treats service members and families who fight for our freedom. As a military family, this has caused immense stress and emotional, financial and physical hardship. Audi Corporate, please step in and make this right. We urge Audi corporate to investigate because we will be taking this to the NEWS... there's no reason we have not seen our car in almost 4 years.

My experience from start to finish: I found the car I was looking for, 2018 Audi SQ5 3.0T prestige, on CarGurus and made an inquiry about the availability. Initial response from Maribeth in internet sales was prompt and helpful. We communicated vis text and on the phone. She put me in touch with a sales manager, Shannon, to work out some details with a possible trade in and other questions I had about the car. Shannon was great. Solid communication, knowledgeable and prompt in his communication with me via text, email and on the phone. Since I was about 4 hours away from the dealership, we tried to work out as much of the particulars as possible prior to arrangements being made to come drive the car and be there in person. Shannon and I were able to get things worked out for my trip and scheduled it for a time when he would not be present at the dealership. He put me in touch with the folks that would be there at the time and handed me off to Corven who would be there in person. Again, great communication and very easy to work things out. Upon arrival, Corven was fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at including many helpful tips about the systems and the car. I can't say enough how much I actually enjoyed my interaction with Corven. Very rarely is going to a dealership and working with a salesman actually enjoyable! He had the car ready and waiting for the test drive, cleaned and detailed, everything was as it should be when looking at a car. The attention to detail, customer service, knowledge and communication were all top notch. Something I honestly didn't expect when making my way to the dealer. I've bought a number of cars from various dealerships and this is by far the best experience I've had. After deciding to move forward, it was time to meet with the finance manager. Something that usually brings about the highest stress of the whole experience. But once again, I was very pleasantly surprised. Working with Aaron was great. Very transparent about the deal, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. At no point, from start to finish in any part of this process did I ever feel like I was being sold a car. Merely being helped find something that worked for me. Which I did. I did not expect to enjoy the experience at Flow but ended up being the best situation I've had at a dealer, ever. Prices were fair. Fees were fair. Staff was great across the board and the car I drove home with is fantastic. 4 hours to drive the new purchase was enough to really enjoy it! I'd highly recommend this group, especially Corven and Aaron as they were the ones I dealt with in person. Truly a great experience.

This is far and away the worst dealership I have been to in my life. They give you the runaround every time, upsell you for zero benefit, and lowball you for your existing vehicle for a more expensive without any care about what you like. My interaction today was coming in for a recall I live 75 minutes away. During that time, they tried to sell me a $100k Porsche; and after six hours, they let me know that the one recall had been already closed out from another dealership that did it incorrectly, which I mentioned on the phone during my initial call. The other recall was told not to install this morning by their manager. So that begs the question, why did I wait six hours for someone to tell me that? Probably because they came out with three other repairs that costs roughly $4K. They knew the entire time what was going on and wasted six hours of my livelihood for their benefit. Will never come or buy here again, and I hope you do not either. What an absolute horrific customer experience, consistently, every time. Great vehicles, completely inhuman experience with the Customer Service staff.

I had a wonderful encounter with Michael (the porter) who willingly helped me with open arms. I did not have an appointment and just stopped at the front desk asking for assistance with affixing my new liscence plates. I highly recommend Audi of Charlottesville. My Audi A7 broke down on the highway and had to be towed for an hour to the dealership. Since I live in another state, I had no previous relationship with the dealership. The Service Advisor told me to bring the car in so they could assess the problem. Unfortunately, my meticulously maintained car needs a new engine, which would cost more than the car is worth. The team at Audi of Charlottesville has been responsive, professional, and excellent to deal with. In fact, the service team has been so excellent that it has given me confidence in the sales team, which has also been excellent to work with. Thus, I am purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. I have had a positive experience, and I highly recommend this dealership for both service and sales. I had no intention of purchasing a car, I was only there to test drive the vehicle initially. Upon arriving to the dealership Amonte met myself and my husband at the door with an inviting attitude. I never felt obligated or pressured to buy anything. The entire team was inviting and helpful from beginning to end.
