I wasn’t able to get off work for my schedule appointment. He picked up my vehicle to be serviced and dropped it off when it was done. I really appreciate his service. I’ll be back.

Asked if they could install a simple lockout device for a third party company that's frequently used in the industry. They said they could their fee was pretty high but we went ahead and paid it. Immediately the car has ignition issues window issues tons of electrical issues we take the car back have it removed they tell us tell us that it was the device not them. We ate the cost we ate the device and still have electrical problems. Really unimpressed with the customer service here. Would not recommend.

Best people I've worked with in a long time. Went in for what was originally a 4 hour job, but thanks to some vehicle complications on my end it wound up dragging out to 4 days. They honored their original quote, no doubt losing time and money on this job, and still treated my car as if it were their own. Staff were all incredibly friendly and I was treated like an old friend rather than another in-and-out customer. When the job ran long and I needed my car for work Jay stepped up and lent me HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE while they fixed mine. All and all great service and my audio sounds worlds apart from what it used to. Will 100% return here and send any friends of mine that need quality work done. A+ guys, well done.

I was recommended this shop by a friend. I called yesterday, Mike answered the phone and said he can get me in at 1130. Mike and Crew went above and beyond making sure everything was hooked up properly and working. When I left my stereo was perfect and they even hooked up my buttons on the back of my steering wheel. When I left I paid a fourth of what I was quoted at a shop not to be named and didn't have to wait 30 Days for an Appointment. Thanks Mike For being the best Car Stereo Shop in Charleston.

I recently bought a new car from Hudson Nissan and I absolutely love my car however it didn't come with leather. So I added on the leather package and it came in a week or 2 later. Come to find out they contract out the work to Audio Evolution! Which they did an amazing job. I had my car back the next day and I had forgotten my headrest and with no problems they took them and had they done perfectly within a day. Even had some questions and without hesitation they were friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!

Many thanks to Mike and the Team at AE - North Charleston. The service provided is high quality, the pricing properly reflects the quality, and their shop value of doing an install THE RIGHT WAY saved my build. The team there was patient in advising me over a period of time until I was ready for what they offer in terms of quality and service. That said, to get something done faster or cheaper I did some things they did not advise. In the end the shorts cuts I took ended up taking took longer, costing more money, and generated bad experiences. That said, not only did Mike and team address basic, fundamental issues in the quality of my build but they also enhanced it. My subs, amps, and audio tuning are literally two to three times better at nominal pricing, all things being considered. Before, I wondered if my build was the best it could be and if was safe. Now I have no worries! Thank you Mike and the Team at Audio Evolution, North Charleston! You know I'll be back soon.

This place is a YES. Don’t even hesitate with calling for an inquiry or getting work done here. I needed auto start put on my ‘22 Toyota rav4 hybrid as I’m moving out to CO. Price was so reasonable, customer service amazing, time it took to install was less than an hour. Let me take a second to take my hat off and give my flowers to the people at Audio Evolution. Jay and Matt are without a doubt the nicest, most skillful, and professional individuals I have met in years. They literally bent over backwards in order to help accommodate the issues I was having by fixing and upgrading my car stereo instantaneously on the spot. There is no other establishment I will be going to other than Audio Evolution moving forward! They have a wide variety of products at the BEST prices I have seen in the last 10+ years. It would be a crime to shop at any other car stereo shop in the Charleston area than Audio Evolution. 5/5 stars Is a complete and utter understatement, if I could give these guys 1,000,000/5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I had an appointment set up with them to do a lot of other work to my vehicle. But I really did need these windows tinted ASAP. Unfortunately had to cancel my first appointment. But then I called them just on a whim today and said hey, can you get me in? The guy said yeah come on in. It’s a 45 minute job. They did an absolutely beautiful beautiful job. Simple single din stereo installation was incorrectly wired. My stock system worked fine but I wanted to upgrade. I called Jay and set up an appointment in Charleston . They charged me $250.00 to install a stereo that I supplied. I didn’t think I would need to check everything before I left but I should have. I had No sound or just static coming from the speakers. The balance and fader were all wired incorrectly. When I called Jay to let him now he tried to sell me something additional to bring the Jeep back in to rewire. No return calls after that. Waste of my time and a lot of money. Go elsewhere.

I bought a car last week and Audio Evolution was highly recommended for window tinting. It was very easy and convenient to set up an appointment. Mike, the manager, explained how it’s preferable when the customer calls him and sets up an appointment rather than him setting it up with a customer. I had a 9 a.m. appointment and right AT 9 a.m., the tech drove my car in the bay to get it done. Mike was very easy to talk to, he picked my mind and vice versa. The place is very clean, organized, and a lot of “techie stuff”. Even for the mariners! The wait was only 1.5 hours, not too bad. Told Mike I don’t mind the waiting, rather a job done right the first time than rushing. All in all, I am VERY satisfied with the window tint. Thanks, Mike & team!
