Aurora auto pros got me in real fast without an appointment, went on a test drive with me to showcase what’s wrong, and performed some very thorough inspections on my car, finding multiple concerns I hadn’t even considered yet. Whilst even getting all of my cars problems fixed within just a day or two. They were also very transparent and understanding with me, giving me cost estimates in between asking me if I was ok with them working on my car!

As usual, Aurora Auto was professional in the repair and communications. I needed a new clutch. The installation was done right and on time although very expensive. But what auto repairs are not expensive these days. A "test drive" was required, and when I got in I found spare change kept in a cup holder scattered all over the passenger side floor, wire from my dash cam all wadded up on the dash, and my driver's seat all screwed up. Aurora Auto needs to look at whoever that have test driving. My family (4 cars) have spent thousands with them and I expect a little more courtesy when receiving my repaired vehicle.

I have been going to Aurora Auto Pros for a couple of years now. They are the ONLY shop I trust with my cars. Their customer service team is absolutely amazing. They are kind, understanding and they truly care about the work they do. They have a free ride service, they always call me prior to doing work with a cost estimate etc. They're communicative and amazing. Had chosen AutoPros after reading reviews. Seemed to have a positive response. Had the spark plugs replaced @101K miles on 2015 Kia Sedona (105K is recommended) but was planning a road trip so had it done sooner. The cost is rather pricey but was consistent with other quotes. Andrew& Jose are very pleasant to work with and did everything to help me fill satisfied. Will be taking trip to NM in a couple of weeks and will be interested on how well this vehicle performs.

I questioned the integrity of this shop. After doing $1,300 worth of suspension work on the drivers side. I heard new noises coming from the same side just 25 miles after leaving the shop. Not a fan of having to climb underneath my truck in freezing temperatures to check other peoples work. Just find it a huge coincidence that 25 miles after leaving the shop I hear new sounds and parts are “broken” after I’ve driven the truck for years and haven’t had an issue. I had to pay for additional repairs the second time I brought the truck back.

I went to AutoPros Aurora for an ABS/Diagnosis, Oil Leak Diagnosis, and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and high level of customer service right out of the gate. I made a phone call and it was easy to get an appointment or even a walk in the next day. The techs were very knowledgeable, and gave a straight forward comprehensive diagnosis that rivaled any other mechanics I have been too. Compared to thier competition AutoPros has some of the best rates, for diagnosis services, and maintenance service in the area. They answered all of the technical questions I had in relation to the issues of the vehicle, and again very professional and knowledgeable. This review has been long overdue. But I wanted to wait to see how the car ran. A 2004 Toyota forerunner with 170,000 miles and I had a ton of work done by the team at autopros! We drove the 4runner from Colorado to Arizona for my kids to use for college. After the service the car ran perfectly! The work done on this car was outstanding. You could even hear the difference in the engine running, purring like a cat!!!. From the time, we brought the car in till the day we picked it up the service has been amazing. Communication between the shop and myself with was timely and accurate. They informed me of everything they were going to do and actually DID IT! I would highly recommend this shop and our vehicles will be going to them from now on instead of the dealership! Great job keep up the amazing work!

Aurora AutoPros was such an unbelievable experience from start to finish! They got me in last minute when I was desperate for a PPI so I could complete a car purchase. They thoroughly looked everything over and gave me a detailed report which I forwarded to the dealer which helped me get many things fixed on the car before purchase. They saved me so much money! Everyone was so kind and informative. As a woman, it’s always intimidating entering into the mechanic world with little knowledge of what is going on or what things mean. I felt completely at ease and had complete trust that I wasn’t being taken advance of. Renee, the owner, sat down with me and she was so lovely to talk to. I live in Denver, but this will be my new auto shop. I will make the drive if it means I can deal with this warm group of helpful professionals again. Thank you!!
