So I pull rip and walk into the store. Gentleman asks if he can help. I say yes, I think I have a slow leak in my right rear tire. He says, pull around to the first bay door and I'll have someone check it. I pull around, guy comes out looks, goes back in comes back with a jack. Takes off the tire, a few minutes later he's back reinstalling the tire. I say I guess I go inside to pay? He replies, I don't think there is a charge, but you can check. I go in man at the register asks if he can help. I tell him I need to pay for the repair, he smiled and said, no charge. I was flabbergasted. Really in this day and age No Charge???? Two of their competitors told me it would be a two hour wait to get it fixed. Austin Brothers fixed me up in less than 15 minutes and no charge. I highly recommend this business, my experience tells me they are honest and trustworthy. Thank you Austin Brothers, I really appreciate it.

They should have ten stars for their honesty and high quality work. Their tire prices are very reasonable and if you get a nail in one of their tires, they will remove and repair it for free as long as it is not on the sidewall. (That requires a new tire.) In the over 20 years that I have been a customer, they have done this at least ten times and have never accepted payment on any of the nail repairs. They are outstanding in their customer service and courtesy.

Got 4 new tires installed. Had me in and out quickly. Left front tire was flat 7 hours later due to a loose valve stem and right front rim is damaged. Not one tire was at the correct psi. Thankfully, I had access to a generator or I would have been looking for roadside assistance at 5:30 on a Friday night.

I’ve never had anything but great service down here. Today is really cold and my arthritis in my hands gets really bad so I can’t squeeze the air hose at the gas station long enough to fill my tires. Dropped by this morning and the guys here couldn’t have been nicer. Got my tires all squared away and got me on the road in 10 minutes. This is why I’ll always keep coming back.

Needed a tire replaced, checked this place out based on old Reddit recommendations. After they checked it out and said the tire needed replacing, I pointed out that my vehicle is AWD and my understanding is that at least two, often all four tires need replaced in this instance. Dude said nah, one is fine and put just the one on. After taking it to my mechanic and getting scolded for knowing better, I've now got to go to a different shop to get realignment and get my tires sorted. Thanks. Customer service and the waiting room was nice enough.

Fantastic service, fair prices. Went here on the recommendation of a friend. Wish I would have been told sooner. They are quick and professional and they take care of their customers. I have bought two sets of tires from them and will continue to buy from them from now on. Repaired two tires while I waited at no charge. I had taken one of the tires to Firestone and they said they couldn't fix it. Glad I found Austin Brothers. I highly recommend them. I continue to buy my tires from Austin brothers and they continue to impress. Great service!! Not just when you purchase the tires, but they take care of rotation and fix flats at no charge. Won't buy tires anywhere else. Just want to update and say this is still by far the best place to buy tires in Little Rock. Great service, fair prices.

Austin brothers is a great, honest auto shop! I had to have some work done about a month ago and they were very transparent about what was needed and the costs. They gave me different options and were open about each. Today, I had to go in for a flat tire. They fixed may tire free of charge and extremely quickly. You cannot go anywhere better in Little Rock!

I’m a single young woman and have always particularly disliked going to an auto shop of any kind - I usually get creepy or inappropriate comments made, or have the male employees stare and check me out not-so-subtly. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Austin Brothers! I had a nail in my tire and didn’t want to go all the way up to Discount Tire NLR just because they’ll patch for free, and another place I called quoted me $40 to patch it. I called Austin Brothers and they were very friendly and patched it for free! They put my tire back on and the spare away, and when my Honda displayed a tire pressure monitor system problem they kindly offered to scan it and figure out what the problem was. Luckily, all it took was a simple TPMS calibration, and my car was good to go. I’m happy I found a place where I feel comfortable and know I’ll be treated respectfully without any creepy stares, and I’ll be recommending them to all my girl friends if they ever have car trouble!

My daughter just passing through Little Rock on the way to work in Dallas they have no idea what a blessing they were the day after Christmas no appointments anywhere pulled into Austin’s shop he met me at the car fixed tire and back on the road! I’ve been going to Austin Brothers for years. They’ve never charged me to patch my tire. This last time, I needed one in a hurry and they got me in and out in 20 minutes on a busy day. I didn’t tell them that I had to leave for a long drive that same morning. They are just good guys and will do what they can. When I needed tires replaced, they are fair and honest. A warning light in our car went on, and we took it to Austin Brothers to get checked out due to its high Google ratings. Actually, we took it to Firestone first (poor ratings,) who quickly told us we needed to replace the catalytic converter to the tune of several hundred dollars. That didn't sound quite right. After running diagnostic tests, Austin Brothers told us there was no discernable problem but if something major turned up, to take the car to a recommended mechanic. (The warning light might be a glitch.) They did not charge us for this work. So far, there have been no problems. Austin Brothers has been around a long time and has earned its excellent reputation.
