Austin Silent Disco was an incredible addition to our team of vendors for our large-scale, corporate, mulit-day event in San Antonio. Their team is incredibly professional, has great equipment and had the dance floors packed every night. We surprised guests with a silent disco at the end of the second night and it was a massive hit! The guests LOVED it and it was the perfect way to end the evening on a high note. If I could give a zero-star review, I would. They completely flaked and no-show on the day of the event. They were super responsive and professional during the booking process. But after the full fee was paid as a deposit, they went MIA. We emailed and called them on the day of the event to confirm their arrival time but they never responded. Upon reading the yelp reviews after they flaked on us, it looks like this is not the first time they have done this. They eventually responded AFTER the day they were supposed to show up and just casually said that they will refund us. They have completely ruined the party and everyone was so disappointed. Do NOT HIRE! We hired them for a 40th bday party and they never showed up. No call, emails, nothing! If you look the reviews on yelp you will see they have done it multiple times. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. We tried reaching out multiple times and got no reply back. So disappointing. Avoid the frustration and look for a reliable firm!★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago

We used ASD last year and it was a great experience. This year was completely the opposite. I don’t think it was the same guy because his communication was awful and the system they gave us didn’t work. We were trying to arrange for pickup and he thought it was a drop off. Then we couldn’t get him to nail down a time or place. When we got the stuff, It was missing cords to connect the transmitters to the laptops and 2 out of the 3 transmitters didn’t work. One came with a cord but the others weren’t charged. We had to go buy cords to try to make it work. When we texted him, he stopped answering us after a few questions and then never said anything else. After the event, he promised to refund us but never did. We are a non-profit and this was for an event for a high school and we were so disappointed by his product and service. Stay away from this business!★☆☆☆☆ 7 months ago

Austin Disco was amazing to work with! Answered all my questions, even calling me before the party to make sure all was well! We rented for a 13 year old birthday party and honestly, it was the best party yet! As a parent, we loved how quiet the fun party was! 😂 The kids danced & sang the night away!!
