I took my car to Auto 7 Tech with a noise on the passenger side, no idea what it was. Moe put the car on a lift and began to check things out. Naturally I couldn’t recreate the noise, so he had to hunt. In a bit, he asked me to come into the shop and showed me the car - assuring me that there was nothing he could find, he felt it was safe to drive. He did mention that my brake pads were low and that I shouldn’t wait too long to change them. But no pressure from him to do it at this time. I asked about pricing because in the 70k miles I have owned the car, I had not had them changed. Work was done, same day, great price and funny thing, the noise is gone. Moe mentioned it might have been my brake sensor. This is a shop you can trust - highly recommend. :-)

The owner of 7 tech and his Dad are amazing. They even won my wife over, and shes a tough critic. We wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else. They are the best fairest and most honest mechanics that Ive ever dealt with. Im 57 And was born in Austin so ive dealt with a lot of crooks and wannabe mechanics. But these guys are different. They believe in return business. And theyll get mine for sure.

Honest, no nonsense folks. Took my car for fog light replacement (from damage caused on fwy). They gave exact parts to order and asked me to come back when ready; took less than 30 min to fix and return to original condition; all in all costed less than 300$ ( including parts and labor) - showroom quoted 500$ just for parts(even though you could get them for half the price at any retailer); I also went to them for some other repairs in the past; quoted and fixed for very reasonable prices; you won’t find anyone else do for that; guaranteed

My Grandma had her car ac done here the guy tried to charge her over 22 hundred and still.acted like he couldn't figure it out .BTW she is 93 and ask me.if that was right I checked it out upon asking questions and asking for invoices he charged her for 4 batteries and 2 alternators this was the only invoice I seen ,and recorded all of it.he told me he would give my Gma her money back and said he would take all parts out ..I said OK he ran outside and told my me to have my Gma come and get the money..only 1600 I didn't know everything but he still got her for 6 hundred and.acted like he did right call tell me imma post video look for it ..gotta tap the pic..video will come on ..friend looked at Gma's car all that was wronge needed freon in thier ..???

Wow.. this place is so good!!! It's the best mechanic we've been to here in Austin! We've brought both our Hondas here for various issues, and each time, they were professional, informative and the price always seemed cheaper than we had expected. On one occasion, they were able to fix our issue despite other mechanics not being able to/mis-diagnosing the problem. Really happy to have found this place, our new "go to" mechanic!

Being new to Austin from Phoenix AZ. It was refreshing to find a facility who provided great honest service. They demonstrated that they care, over profit, which inclines me to spend my money there rather than other facilities. Moving here I had to buy my mom a used car, It had an issue that needed to be fixed. They literally took care of my mom as if it was their own mother. At least that’s the impression I left with.

I have visited a couple times over the past few years to have my vehicle inspected. The owner is one of the nicest people and does his best to get your car inspected as quickly as possible. If you are not the only one in line, please be patient and expect to wait but no big deal. I will definitely return for future inspections and possibly car repair.
