Did not communicate during service that an aftermarket alarm was removed. Did not communicate before hand the risk of causing shifting issues and engine malfunction for installing a remote start. If it's not a brand new vehicle don't go here. Disrespectful shop employees. I've worked for 8 years in auto repair and have never been treated like this and would never let my techs treat someone like this. Incompetent shop staff.

They lifted our 4Runner 3" with shocks and struts and fit bigger tires. These guys are very knowledgeable. They know what looks good and can make your ride look the way you want even if your not sure what you want. 😂 My SUV not only looks great but rides better than ever. Highly recommend 👍

Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere for your vehicle needs. Used them for powder coating and the experience was atrocious. From the communication, pricing and quality of work, it was completely terrible. Will never use them again or even recommend them. Fabian was who I dealt with for a powder coat job on a cadillac. Poor product, communication and pricing all around as well as them not standing behind their “product”.

Horrible customer service and extremely unethical. I had a friend and his family driving to visit me in Houston. His van broke down. He is disabled and in a wheelchair and was stranded. His van has an airbag suspension and this place said they work on those. I rented a van and drove from Houston to Norman OK to get him. After having his van towed there they supposedly looked at it and said the airbags were blown and they could not get parts for it. After renting a van for a week and spending $1500 he was now stranded with out a vehicle that meets his needs and no way to get home. He ended up buying a 40k van in Houston so he could get back to Kansas and had his van towed back to Kansas only to be told the local repair man that "there was no way they even looked at it" "The airbags are fine you just blew a hose" The laziness and unethical treatment of a disabled family in a desperate situation is disgusting. This ended up costing this family over 40k for a problem that could have been fix for a couple hundred dollars and a hose.

Install overall looks good but do not trust or rely on their scheduling or time estimates. I had a 8am drop off scheduled and at 6pm (after they close) I am still waiting and being told they don't have an exact time I'll be ready to leave. They apparently do not hire enough electrical techs and don't care about proper communication on timelines.

These guys are very knowledgeable about what they sell . Any questions are answered promptly and confidently . Their product selection is good , too . I had them spray my truck bed liner twelve years ago , have had no problems what so ever . They even brought it over the edges to body line ( about an inch ) for no extra charge . I bought both front and back bumpers from here and I'm happy with them , too. They're WAY heavier than stock. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. for a spray in bedliner. At 3:45 I called to see how it was going. It wasn't, no call at all. Their song and dance is on repeat. You too can hear it if you're like me. The end plays this way.... We need another day.

I highly recommend them the work they did was fantastic . I even bought a extra bed step to keep money local and not Amazon. Its important to support your local businesses. It would be zero if I could. My vehicle left me stranded with an air suspension problem I called them and they said yes we can take a look as they do work on air suspension so I had my vehicle towed to the location but it was a holiday and weekend so it would be a few days before they could look at it so I made other arrangements and that was fine. They then called apparently after they looked at it and said it had a blown air shock and they can’t get the parts so I’m like ok. So I have it towed again to another shop and he fixed it in an hour. He said the first place didn’t even look at it because it was a simple fix.

I highly recommend these guys for leather seats. I took my Ford Ranger to them to have the cloth seats replaced with leather. They ordered them for me and they arrived in a couple of weeks. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon, they called that it was ready for pickup. I was VERY surprised with such a quick turn around. The installer did a fantastic job and they look exactly like they came from the factory. I can’t say enough good about these guys and their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them for your leather seat needs.

Defaced the front of our mailbox using some sort of adhesive to affix a roofing business card we didn’t ask for. We tried to remove the card, part of the adhesive took the paint off and the other half now has the rest of business card plastered to the front of it. Would not use them now even if I was looking for a new roof. Won’t use them for auto accessories either now that I see their main business is that. BTW Ryan Stark if you can’t identify a brand new roof on a house maybe just stick to auto accessories buddy.

I have used Auto accessories unlimited in Norman several times and never disappoint. I just got a jeep and wanted to do lot to it and Jeramy Carter was amazing he knows his stuff and helped me take the vision o had and brought it to life with in my budget. It sometimes take a little longer than planned but with in reason. You can’t rush good quality. (Lift, 20” wheels, 35”tires, custom leather seats, grill/bumper with winch, side step, bed cover, rock lights)

I would go negative stars and would ask for my money back! I wish I could get my money back at this point so o could take my vehicle somewhere else to get wrapped. Stopped in to get estimate on vehicle wrap from a recommendation from a family member. We were told it would cost $6500 for the whole vehicle and jam it, as well as full black out of chrome. Told us to drop it next Friday and it will be done by Wednesday. The day before thanksgiving. Dropped it off on Friday at 8am. When we got it back on Wednesday night after close. It was missing the front emblem on the Grill. The door handle on the driver side that had previous flaking (was told would be fixed before wrap) was wrapped over so it looked horrible and was rough. The front bumper was not fully seated in place, as well as jams were not done. Took it back after calling on the phone and they promised to make it right. They installed the emblem but left it chrome after we paid to black out everything. Bumper was not fixed, they said they didn’t take the bumper off even though they replaced fog light housings, fog light bezels, and put on a brand new grill. They clearly used a dremel, sander, or some type of power device to “smooth” the door handle. But left grind marks in it and even took away the body line of the handle. They also didn’t do any of this work at their shop, they farmed it out to place in Edmond that we were not even told about. We tracked the vehicle the whole time. Then when picking up after making it right, they left thrash in vehicle and they messed with the driver seat settings to be fully up and forward which is just childish. Clearly you do not get what you pay for. I will steer everyone I know away from here, period.
