Terrible customer service...will most likely drive all the way to the other store if I go back. Made the appointment for a Friday morning three days prior and I showed up but one of my tires was not there but the manager did not notify me ahead of time...wasted trip. Later that afternoon I called and the tire was there so I made another appointment for the next morning. I showed up 15 minutes early because I was assured that I would be done by a certain time. Well I wasn't and I ended up late for work. No apologies from the day manager nor any follow up call from the store manager. While I was there the second time another customer had the same thing happened, the manager was supposed to have ordered some tires and they weren't notified that they didn't arrive.

Not pleased with this place, said 35 for oil change then charged me 50. Plus they sent me home on a dummy tire when I paid for their warranty. Not good business. Absolutely worst tires I've ever bought, crappiest service I've ever had. I should have went with used tires they would have been better.

We call Curtis the manager ask before we came if he could balance 4 tires 33in, he said yes, we took them and now I have 4 rims all scratched very bad and when we left I had to call him because our truck was shaking uncontrollable we were not even a mile from our house come to find out our tire is split,there wasn't any air in my front left tire they said their not doing anything about it.don't take your things to them just look at these pictures our tires and rims were brand new here's pictures

I was debating on 3 different brand of tires to choose from when the gentleman (employee) informed me of a set of tires on sale for about the same price as the lesser valued tires. Overall better tires and overall more miles. I would not have known if he didn't informed me. Better tire, more miles, and looks great. BF Goodwrench KO3. I was in need of new shocks, front-end struts, and a new set of tires for my 99 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. I called all around my area looking for prices and availability and nothing seemed to workout in regards to my budget. But when I called the Big O Tires store on Alameda St in Norman I was pleasantly surprised that they had everything I was looking for and needed for my vehicle. And that they could do it all within the same day when I brought over my vehicle. They did the complimentary Inspection of my truck and informed me that everything else was fine and that the vehicle needed nothing else. I was back out on the road with new tires, shocks, struts, and alignment all within budget and in less than 4 hours time, which put a big smile on my face while I was driving back home.

I just replaced my tires and needed an alignment. Did some research online and found prices ranging from $137 t0 $175 for my 2024 Nissan Sentra. I had a coupon for Big O Tires so I decided to stop by. Am I glad I did. They charge $89.99 and they took $20 for my coupon. So I paid $69.99 and no tax because it's considered labor. They scheduled me on the spot and gave me a computer print out of the readings on all four wheels before and after the alignment. Curtis was very friendly and professional and even showed me something Walmart missed when they installed my tires. All in all a great experience. The store is clean with a sitting area for customer and free coffee if you want some.

I had a cracked wheel and Curtis and his team were very hospitable unlike Texas Tires down the street. They got me in and out quickly and showed me exactly where the crack on my wheel was at. I wasn’t charged a penny and they were kind enough to add a temporary fix for it! Justin came in and let me know what was wrong with the tire and what my options were for it. While I was in the waiting room, I heard Curtis calling around asking about wheel replacements from vendors which truly is some of the best service I’ve ever received! Visit this place and DO NOT go to Texas Tires, avoid at all costs unless you like getting scammed.
