When it comes to oil changes, there are literally hundreds that you can choose from in the Norman area. I’ve always prefer Hibdon‘s just because they’re not pushy unusual go the extra mile .They have recommendations, but they’re not forceful. most importantly, they’re timely, knowledgeable competent and considerate. However, today I was blessed with the young man that changed my oil. I believe his name was Malachi. He seemed to truly enjoy his profession and his day by singing along with the music while being proficient and courteous to his coworkers. While waiting inside on my car, I also noticed the inside staff and their kindness and patience with customers. I observed on more than one occasion displeased or upset customers. Several times it was not of their own doing, but they are the ones that caught the wrath. Overall, I recommend this particular Hibdon tires!

We left a Jeep Gladiator in for tire rotation and an alignment that has the "Death Wobble" problem every time you hit a bump. We advised them after they serviced it not to do over 60mph on a test drive. Caleb called us twice during the day for more info on the wobble and then to tell us everything look great. He didn't have to be that thorough and they are always busy but we certainly appreciated his calls. We will definitely be back to that location. Please thank Caleb for the Nation Family.

Absolutely abysmal service. Like might be brain dead. Gave me someone else’s appointment for my changing of tires and I didn’t realize it until the receipt had the wrong first name, phone number, email address, car model, and tire issue. Last name was right but spelled wrong. Told me it would take an hour and it took over 3. Tried to sell me air filters on top of the things I needed done. Never going back and advising everyone I know against going there.

Me and my family was leaving Dallas, Texas and we noticed we had an object stuck in our tire. Research and found Hidbon tire in Norman, Oklahoma that was open on a Sunday. The young men told us to come on up. They took our information we went next-door to the Waffle House and ate breakfast. within a half hour later, they called and told us that they had taken care of us. It was a nail in the tire when we asked how much was it told us it was no charge. We simply want to say thank you thank you for all you guys done. We gladly appreciate it. I would highly recommend this company.

I specifically booked with this place because David Cayton is now there. He seems to really care and be genuine about my car repair. The mechanic who worked on my car stayed late to make sure it was done once the part arrived that wasn't included in the valve cover gasket ordered ordered earlier. They went the extra mile. I haven't had this experience at all hibdon Plus tire locations, a couple of them were negative. But I really trust this one on 221 interstate drive in Norman. They also did a very good alignment job. I shall return in the future for tires.

Best customer service ever! Caleb stayed open late to help me in a emergency and he went above and beyond to help me. I dont live close to here but brought my vehicle back to replace the other 3 tires and he again went above and beyond to help me, so this level of customer service is a norm for him. The customer service culture here is amazing and is actually refreshing to see such a high level of professionalism that doesn't seem scripted and is genuine. Amazing job Caleb!!!!

I was NOT looking forward to getting my tire patched after work, but I'm so glad I ended up at Hibdon's. I had tried after work at a couple other places the day before and was turned away because of the timing. I showed up at Hibdon's 1 hour before they closed expecting the same, but a very friendly guy named Ron cheerfully told me they'd be happy to help. I sat in a very clean, very quiet waiting room just long enough to answer a couple emails. The manager, Zack, then approached me with a reasonable conversation about how he had noticed some of my tires need to be replaced soon. I braced myself for the sales pitch... Instead, he quickly emailed me a quote for new tires to look over at my convenience. It's ironic that I walked out after a free service looking forward to coming back and spending my money there as soon as I have it. I never felt pressured, I never felt condescended, and I never felt like an inconvenience. A chore that I was dreading ended up being a super chill experience, and I'm really grateful. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome and have fantastic prices. It’s the cheapest full synthetic oil change in Norman by a mile, and they fix your flat tires for free! They are super friendly and have a very clean waiting area, you can also just drop off your car and pick it up later. I’ll be coming here regularly from now on!
