It's taken me a while to post a review....but the owner's of the 2011 Ford Edge that the semi truck took the front end off of....thank you for the awesome work you did to our vehicle. We appreciated the constant email updates to let us know how things were going. We appreciated the in-house Enterprise rental associate who was both courteous and professional. We appreciated the friendly customer service from service king staff and management ... even though we are pretty content to dress like common folk, lol, and we greatly appreciated the fact that it felt like we were driving a new vehicle with pretty near perfect alignment as far as I can tell. As long as you maintain those attributes, you got a customer here. Thanks Service King and may God bless your good works :)

Great customer service! We took our car in for a minor bumper repair and were given an estimate in less than 30 minutes. After doing some comparison pricing with other car repair shops we chose Service King. We had to wait a few days for the replacement bumper to come in but once it did we took our car in and the repair was made in one day. Chelsea along with the front desk receptionist were both Very nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend Service King!

My girlfriend dropped her call off and has been told 4 different times that they would be done with the car. Unfortunately her rental is due and so now she has to be inconvenienced with no car until they get done. I would recommend going to another body shop this has poor customer service. I have taken a few cars here and this is the last time I’ll ever take a car here it always seems to be the same scenario. They worked on my bmw and broke the bumper and I had to wait 60 days for my car to get done. I took my Honda there and they couldn’t work on it. I took my Honda to another shop and they got it done in 4 days.

5 star experience! I got into a slight fender bender during the last ice storm, and even with the shortage we are having they had my car in, and out within a few weeks, and keep up great communication through out the process. I urged that I needed my car back by a certain point, due to a trip I had previously planned, and they honored that, and had my car ready just in time, after I got my car back I noticed a few chips, and scrapes i didn’t have before, and brought my concerns up with corporate, and they directed me to the manager who quickly got me booked for him to look at it, and quickly offered to touch up the scratches and scrapes along with buffing some damages. The ladies at the front had been very pleasant with me throughout this entire process. 10/10 all around good honest people. I would recommend people here. (They also cleaned, and detailed my car which was a very nice surprise.)

Super disappointed in the lack of customer care from this location. I picked my car up after needing my passenger door repaired, and when I got my car back, I saw that a thick layer of dust was all over my car, as well as a rotten odor that has been getting worse every day. A friend of mine had a repair done at their OKC location and said that she received her car back cleaned and detailed. I am disappointed that I did not receive the same level of service my friend did at their OKC location. When I called I was offered a clean, but I explained that I neither live or work in Norman and was not offered a clean at their OKC location which is much closer to my home. The standard of customer care should be the same across the board. I would avoid this location if you have the option and visit their OKC location instead. These shops make way too much money off of repairs to leave your car dirty and smelly for you to deal with.

I took my Honda civic for an insurance claim with a dent in the hood where I made impact with the tire on the back of a jeep wrangler. I drive the car for 1 month after the impact before taking it to this shop. Once I took it to the shop they took well over a month to get it looked at. Once they started they stripped my vehicle completely down to total it out when all I wanted to do was replace the hood. The tech Put pen holes in the radiator took off the air conditioning components. Took the head lights bulbs, blinker bulbs,fixtures out, and Ripped connectors Tore a hole in the side of my cloth driver seat. They gave me my car back in pieces shoved in the back seat. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could please save yourself some time money and frustration by choosing another shop.

Brought my car in for a repair after a minor fender-bender. Got an estimate fairly quickly and dropped my car off for repairs. Two days later I got a call that my expected cost was increasing by several hundred dollars. I asked for an explanation as to why. They claim they sent multiple emails with a breakdown, but I never received it. I tried to call and follow up multiple times, but no one answered their phones. By the time I finally spoke to a person, I was so annoyed and stressed that I just agreed to the repair without the promised breakdown of costs. The person I spoke to said she would pass that on to the repair team ASAP. That was on Friday. I was never given any estimated pickup time. Today is the following Wednesday - I've heard nothing, so I call to check in, and get told that there was never any note of my approving it. I told them I spoke to someone on Friday, but because I couldn't remember the name of the receptionist who took my call, they said it never happened. It's now going to be another ten days before my car is able to be picked up. They will have had my car for two and a half weeks for a minor repair, assuming there are no more delays.

We took my husband's car in a few minutes after his accident because they had an immediate opening. While I was there, I got in contact with my insurance company and started a claim. Within minutes, I received a claim number and it was sent to Crash Champions. I immediately got a text from Crash Champions saying they received my claim number and would start processing the car. I was promised the car by February 23. During the time they had the car, I received phone call and text updates from Phillip at least twice a week, if not more often. Exceptional Service and Quality Work at Crash Champions! I can not recommend Crash Champions highly enough after their outstanding work on my daughter's wrecked Kia Soul. Let me begin by saying I wouldn't have any knowledge of this place had I not been in an accident and that's really the only downside to this place (so far). What I can say is that the lady who first helped me get everything started, the paperwork, going over the process, how everything is supposed to work, etc. Anyway, the lady (I didn't even catch her name) at the front desk is so wonderful, so helpful and kind. I was happy to see her kind face when I first walked in and became quite comfortable after we started talking. I'm sure that many if not most of the individuals who walk into that building are not happy to be there and end up taking their anger and frustration out on her and yet she remains kind and tries to be helpful and reassuring. I have yet to see my vehicle after repairs have been made but any amendments to my review will not be about her, rather, the changes in my review will solely be about the technicians, the repairmen and the adjustments made to my vehicle. I just wanted to make that clear because her 'service' was quite wonderful. Thank you, Ma'am, whatever your name was. I apologize for not remembering it.

My son took his car to Crash Champions after it was sideswiped in a hit-and-run just days before he had to return to Norman for the spring semester. From start to finish, they were amazing to work with. Communication was excellent, with regular updates throughout the entire process. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule, and when my son picked up his car, it had a full tank of gas and looked like it had been cleaned as well. Outstanding service and attention to detail—we couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them.
