Jeffrey did not have much knowledge about an oil change on my heritage softail without google. Drained the primary fluid instead of the oil. Replaced the primary fluid with 80w90 Gear oil for the transmission.( which I changed myself at home before the clutch burned up) It requires 20W50 full synthetic! Also I have to replace the oil filter which is damaged from over tightening ( the seal is squashed) The filter is leaking oil! I would have saved time and money just going to the Harley Davidson Dealership

Geoffrey was amazing right from the start. He spent the time helping me with a not so easy task of acquiring two jet pumps from skis for a restomod I am doing on an old boat. Not only that, but he spent the time to expertly disassemble the pumps from the skis, package them perfectly, used a reputable shipping company to send them across the United States to me, and gave me an awesome price. My family has had the WORST experience with this place. I can't remember everything in order how much we have dealt with this guy because my mother and father in law were the ones paying, but this isn't right how this guy operates and I will try my best. We brought out two jet skis that weren't getting the oil into the gas last year. Got two new motors and when we got them back they worked for a couple days and stopped. We took them back along with mine that just had a little leak into the bottom. My mother in law bought one from him to give my husband the one she had. Her new one worked a couple days and needed service. So he has all our jet skis. Then he was on the way to take my mother and father in laws to the lake to test them he got into a wreck and "totaled" my father in laws. Convenient for him he had one that cost more that he could sell him. We finally got them two back in the fall and it wasn't warm enough to really play with them but they worked for the one day we had them out. He kept mine and my husband's all winter. We got them back about a month and a half ago. Mine won't start at all. He couldn't find the key and even asked if we gave him one!!!! What!? Aren't you supposed to test them? How can you test them with no key? He made a key, but then it wouldn't start. OH the starter was unhooked. Why??? It was a leak in hoses so that confused me. So did you ever even take it out to see if it was still leaking?Then the battery was dead. What? That's a new battery I bought from him last year. He put another battery in it and it started barely. We finally got home and haven't been able to get it to start again even with a brand new battery. Again it was running fine when we brought it in to him now nothing works. My husband's ran for a couple weeks but now it is again not working. NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING!!! He charges way too much already and then to have this much trouble!!! I messaged him and he still hasn't replied and it's been a month. Oh and my brother in law bought two from him that worked at first but now don't work. We spent over $20,000 for nothing to work PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. SCAMMER ALERT!!!!

I was a bit skeptical because of the location but do not let that fool you! Geoff was a great guy to talk to, he seemed professional and confident in his work. We took out Seadoo GTX-155 out here for an oil change and spark plug replacement. He got it done next day! Great pricing and quick service completion, definitely will be coming back
