Worked on my car, had it for 7 mos. drove it a couple of miles then it died and wouldnt start. I had the LR 2 towed to Mickey he kept it for another 2 mos. said nothing was wrong and changed the oil and filter about 5 miles later the engine blew. Just so happened he has a junk LR 2 that matched my car for parts or he offered to buy mine to fix up and resale, sounds fishy.

My 2013 Rover broke down just out of warranty and passing through OKC/Norman. I found Mickey online and limped the car over to the shop. My turbocharger died and I ended up leaving the car with Mickey and drove back in a rental to Texas. He took exceptional care in fixing and servicing my Rover and held it over a month until I could come pick it up. What puts this shop over the top beyond the excellent mechanical knowledge and service is that Mickey cares. He came to the shop at 4pm on Christmas Eve to meet me as I was passing through Norman, so I could get my car. If I lived in the area, I’d never visit another shop. Thanks Mickey!

Very unprofessional owner who doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Have taken in my Jag for rear noise repair three times after he had replaced rear spring conversion, rack and pinion and brake accumulator. Brought the car in at the owner's convenience to figure the noise problem and each time he acts like he's being inconvenienced for bring him business, talks rude and acts like he doesn't want to work on the car cause he's too busy. Last time kept the car for 2 weeks greased the rear parts and when I told him the rear noise was still there he got irritated and rude, told me to call him in two weeks cause he doesn't have any time to look at it. Have brought him so much business over the years and for him to act so rude, interrupting you when you're trying to communicate is totally unbusiness like and unprofessional like behavior. This was the last straw. Never going back again to this personality crisis mechanic.

Mickey is a very trustworthy and experienced mechanic. I was having a problem with my door not opening on my Mercedes and was expecting a hefty repair bill. He took the handle apart and lubricated it and had it working like brand new the same day. Love to see a mechanic who is honest and does the job right without charging an arm and a leg. Mickey is a life saver! I had my 2016 Benz GLC diagnosed of a low turbo pressure problem; sadly with the car out of warranty. Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma estimated a cost of $7000 in other to get the turbo issue fixed. Mickey was recommended by a friend and he got the issue fixed at a moderately reasonable price. Mickey is a life saver! He’s the best Auto mechanic in Oklahoma. I highly recommend him. Thank you mickey.

I wanted to take a moment to tell the world just how awesome Mickey is(the owner of Mickey's Garage in Norman, OK.). My daughter was in a bind due to a defective battery in her BMW, I first sent her to Interstate Batteries, once they looked at it they referred me to Mickey's. I called and spoke with him... great guy BTW. He said for me to get her car in there and he would do everything in his power to get her taken care of today, even though he had a full day ahead of him. He said it would most likely be the next day before he could get it installed and reprogrammed. HE DID WHAT HE PROMISED! Within just a couple of hours he had her car repaired and called me to let me know, he wanted to get her handled quickly because he knew, as an out-of-town Dad, I could not be there to help her. Kudo's to you and your shop Mickey for making us feel like family. I will go out of my way to send you anyone I can. Thanks again Mickey!

Don’t do it. More work will be needed. This is how far the car made it from the shop after pick up. This is what the tire looked like. Someone took the Jaguar out for a spin and this is what was left. Used to be the best and only place to go. Economic changes have definitely changed the way they do business.
