Easy to schedule, got in immediately... streamlined process, very nice and helpful staff. Didn't overcharge, fixed a recall I was unaware of, decent accommodations to wait inside with coffee and comfy couches.

I brought my VW here for the first time back in Nov. Lindsay was my amazing advisor and working with her was a breeze, even when the warranty place wasn't! The vacation my car took there was well needed as she came back better than ever. The knowledgeable tech who found each issue and took the time to fix it correctly I am grateful for! Communication and respect is key which is why I highly recommend Fowler VW.

I’ve witnessed, on multiple occasions, how many of their employees just don’t care. I dread bringing my VW Atlas here to be fixed but it’s the closest VW option. I made an appointment online and brought my atlas in Friday - I noted why I was bringing my vehicle in. When I arrived, the gentleman told me they wouldn't be able to service my car today (I drove 45 minutes to the appointment). I asked if they had a courtesy vehicles if I left my car overnight and he said no. He said my only option was to bring my car back another day. And go through this song and dance again? Thanks but no thanks. I asked him why no one called to tell me not to come in if they couldn’t fix my car. He didn’t have a good answer, they don’t have their stuff together at all. There are so many better ways this could have been handled yet the gentleman was zero help.

This place has issues with being professional and listening to the customer, but this time there technician ( Corbin Rogers) cross the line my question is ,is it ok for your technicians (Corbin Rogers) to go online (Facebook) and talk bad about customers calling them names on Facebook that i wont repeat,just because i couldn't afford to fix my car at the time, I know if I did something like that where I work id be fired or at least written up. You're employees should not be allowed to talk bad about customers on social media calling them poor and slamming people most employers fire employees for things like that ( Corbin Rogers) needs to be humbled i understand his just a kid but needs to know right and wrong im not the first one he has done this too. Very unprofessional and that isn't the way the volkswagen community treats one another,my friends and family will never come back here ever again. Also ill add its illegal to slander someone on social media and as an employer your liable for what you're employees say on social media..... Update: fowler Volkswagen wanted to charge me $740.00 Telling me that the part was like $300.00 and labor was over $400.00 about 4 1/2 hours, I did the work myself the part cost me $77.00 and took 15 minutes to replace and fixed . Before you ever bring your car here do a little research watch YouTube videos try to do it yourself. Saved me over $600.00 . There crooks.....

I went to this location this afternoon with the plan to have a couple of issues to diagnose. As it turned out, I didn't need to do anything except adjust some settings on my display board. This gentleman named Kelvin was super friendly as well as professional, who explained what I needed to do to solve my problems. I liked the honesty of the staff of this particular location who literally saved me unnecessary spendings. I'll definitely take their service for my next car issues. A genuine 5 star for them!

Bought my car brand new from this location. I took my 2022 Atlas Cross sport in for an oil change. Two weeks later my oil level alerted critically low. The technician failed to put a gasket on the lid and my oil leaked out. The dealership had my car for two weeks. I picked it up and my car is still leaking oil and oil level is still low. The car is blowing white smoke. It has low miles, serviced regularly, and no issues until I my oil was changed here.
