Needed a few things done on my car but asked him to check out the entire car as it was a new purchase for me of an old car. He was very thorough, fixing the things I knew needing fixing and did find a few other things that were wrong with it. He was prompt in contacting me a relaying the information to see how I want to proceed. After discussion of the problems and estimated costs I proceeded with the other repairs. He was very efficient and I am highly satisfied with not only the mechanical work performed but the excellent customer service provided. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will without hesitation recommend him to all my friends.

I had a great experience with Albertsons Automotive! I called about a thrown alternator belt, and Brian told me to come right in. As soon as I arrived, he pulled my car into the bay and had the new belt replaced in about 20 minutes—super fast and efficient. Brian has been working on my cars since 1996. I’ve owned a Ford, a GMC, a Honda, a Toyota, a Volkswagen, and a Lexus over the last 29 years and without hesitation he fixed everyone of them, from replacing an engine in the Honda to a outside rear view mirror on on the Escalade, to the timing belt on the Lexus. Sometimes finding parts for my older cars has been a challenge so Brian will personally go to the supplier to pick up the part just to make sure it is the correct one. He has always been very thorough and honest about cost so I would know ahead of time with no surprises when I come to pick up the car. He is always very quick on the repairs and I know when I get the car back I don’t have to worry about work he has done.

My first experience with Albertson's Automotive today and let me just say WOW! Brian was awesome! Honest, up front and explained things in terms I understood. Most importantly, he did not try to take advantage of me as a single woman trying to sell me services I did not need. If you are looking for an honest, fair mechanic, Brian is your guy! UPDATE: 8/15/25 Just picked up my vehicle for the second time from Brian (different issues). He went above and beyond on Customer Service giving me a ride home when I dropped it off. Always honest, professional and makes sure I understand what needs to be done at all times. If you need an excellent, straight forward and honest mechanic Brian is definitely the guy to see!!

If your car sounds like it’s summoning demons or plotting its own death, take it to Albertsons. Brian is a genuinely good dude, but as a mechanic? He’s beyond talented. I’m pretty sure he could fix a car that’s been on fire, twice. He knocked out the oil change faster than Take 5 on steroids ever could. Didn’t upsell me, didn’t judge me (at least not out loud), and didn’t act shocked that my oil looked like it came out of a deep fryer at a state fair. If you want someone honest, skilled, and capable of saving your vehicle from the consequences of your procrastination, Brian’s your guy. Best shop experience I’ve ever had.

His prices are totally fair, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can trust, but Brian is definitely one of them.
