Folks in TLE are great and do a great job. I've never waited long and they are always polite and courteous. Thank you for your hard work!

They can accommodate our f350 dually, diesel for oil changes. The price is better that most places. Unfortunately, they suck out the oil and not drain it. Not 100% if all the oil is removed that way.

Showed up at Walmart Auto center around 9ish am on a monday wanting to get our tires replaced. We were told it will be 1 1/2 to 2 hours before they can even look at. That they only have 1 guy there. The weren't busy at all. Zero cars in their garage. If you dont want it to be an all day thing, go else where. We went to Hibdon's and bought tires from them instead.

No one in line, only person here. Took over an hour to change the oil and caused my daughter to miss an appointment. The Auto Care Manger then caught an attitude and contradicted his tech, saying that no... there were three cars in front of me. Terrible service and I’ll never come to a TLE again... cause there isn’t a thing “Express” about it!

DO NOT BUY GOODYEAR OR ANY TIRES FROM WALMART! Tire was promised to go 80,000 miles but only made it 47,000. I bought 4 and the others look great. The tire is on the rear of a front wheel drive vehicle. I also got road hazard which means absolutely nothing unless your tire is almost new! The tire has worn evenly. I guess I got what I paid for! DO NOT BUY GOODYEAR OR ANY TIRES FROM WALMART!

Need and option for 0 or negative stars... only 2 cars in the bay and 2 out of 4 workers not even doing a thing. Gave up after 25 minutes then as I was backing out they finally tried to walk towards my car. I just told them no thanks and opted to change my own oil, which in retrospect I probably should have done anyway.

Walmart did my oil change and has done my tires. I go there usually and they have tightened up their game from a few years ago. Good value, but you have to time your arrival just right to avoid waiting.

A few days ago I had taken my car to get it serviced at the walmart south of hwy 9. Since I received good service there, I thought it would be the same here. Wow, I was mistaken. We arrived and there were only two cars getting an oil change and none in line. So switching the break lights should have only taken 10 to 20 minutes top. 45 minutes later of wandering the store, I go back to see if the car is ready, and the woman at the reception told us no, that they are way understaffed that day and they haven't had the chance to even look at the car. Being understaffed I understand. What I don't buy is why there were two new vehicles getting serviced, which weren't there when I arrived? And if you are understaffed, it is polite to tell your customers, hey, it might be a good wait before your vehicle is ready. Naah, she just kept finding excuses with a tone that I don't need to hear from a service representative.

Walmart speaks for itself. Never have I had a bad experience here. Their staff did take a while to ring me up one time but that was due to their register giving them trouble. Also, not a fan of how long it takes for managers to assist their direct reports who are servicing customers. They should staff more workers to man stations and registers to expedite customers shopping experience.

Never coming to Walmart's auto Care Centers again. I had ordered a tire for my car that's wasn't in stock and they told me to come back the next day. I come back the next day and they say that can't help me because there was another before me, there was no one there. And all I need was for them go change one tire, the one I had order the day before. I have a whole conversation to an employee and later they say that they will change the tire. And I was glad that they were going to be able to change the tire, but later after they say that can, they come back to me and say "Do you have the Lug Nut Key" And I said no, and they say that they had tried all the lug Nut keys they had but that no ne of them fit, so I never got my tire changed.

For the second morning in a row I've attempted to have my oil changed with no success. The first morning I arrived around 815 only to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. I was surprised that it would be that long and they only opened at 7. Since I couldn't wait I returned the next morning this time at 630 to ensure I was the first car. The technician emerged at 715 to inform me and another vehicle waiting that due to him being the only person he couldn't take any vehicles. When I inquired when he would have help he projected 9 am. I get staffing issues but it's extremely frustrating trying to play cat and mouse on the best time to come where there is Staff AND less than a 2 hour wait.

Todd the service manager is amazing! This man deserves a raise! Exceptional customer service and he went above and beyond to restore my headlights to look brand new! He's been in the business 15 years and it shows with his quality of work! I didn't even know headlight restoration was a service that Walmart auto center offered but I would highly recommend it to anybody! Thanks again Todd!

I made an appointment three weeks in advance arrived on time. I was browsing in the store for 45 minutes until I received a phone call stating they did not know how to lift my vehicle into the air. I asked if I could help them and then I showed them how to adjust a screw and a lift to fit my lift points pretty simple stuff. They finally lifted the car in the air took 30 minutes per tire. Good luck if you want professionalism or efficiency…. my recommendation…go to a real tire shop.

Pulled up at 530 pm, it's now 610 pm and, have yet to even be checked in. All for a tire repair. This is after I called to ensure they had availability today and was told to come on down.

Actually THE WORST experience I had in years. With an 10:30 am appointment for an oil change, they looked under my car at 11:45am, to tell me they can't work on my car. During that wait time, I had to hear 40 calls that kept being ignored. The previous guy waiting left annoyed because he had to wait TWO HOURS AND A HALF for his oil change, ALSO WITH APPOINTMENT. For anyone going, DO NOT buy groceries since it might spoil by the time they decide to start working on your vehicle. Also for anyone calling, they will actively ignore your calls, I seen it in person. Not all walmarts have bad costumer service, but this one takes the cake.

Went to get a problem I was having with my tires feeling wobbly. They balanced one of my tires and recommended I get a new tire on the back i believe Jason was his name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. That seemed to fix the issue with my car. Thanks Walmart

They didn't check the tires for air pressure they got oil all over my steering wheel and my arm rest and I'm going to pull over just to find out if they changed the oil filter! They didn't even reset the mileage either. If you don't like your job you should find something else!
