The staff was friendly and professional dealing with insurance for me, etc. They were also able to handle the repairs that went beyond paintless; so, that’s a huge advantage. I came upon this shop kind of my accident. I hadn’t been planning on getting my car worked on, but thanks to road construction- the shop approached me and after talking to one of their techs about my hesitation, they told me they’d help me out and wow- my car is like new. Almost $5k in damage- I wish I had before pictures because I was SHOCKED at how amazing my car looks! Amazing staff, amazing work- I’d highly recommend them!!!! If one lives in central Oklahoma, it isn't a matter of whether you'll need hail damage repaired, but rather, when.. Enter E.D.S Paintless Dent Removal to the chat.. I first used E.D.S for traditional door ding repair on our 2019 Ford Explorer Limited about four years ago and was immediately impressed by the quality of their work.. Since then, our family of vehicles has been hit with two separate storms (first in Norman and then at home), which resulted in damage to three of our vehicles.. The first, our 2012 Nissan Rogue, was peppered on the driver's side of the vehicle during a Norman storm in October 2021.. After negotiating with our insurance company, we finally proceeded with the repairs about one year later, in October 2022.. The more recent victims, our 2015 Ford F-350 and 2019 Ford Explorer, were damaged less severely but more widespread in the spring of 2024.. I was deployed to Iraq 🇮🇶 at the time.. The professionals at E.D.S performed a miracle on the Rogue (it had been declared a total loss) and performed magic on the other two.. They made the process super easy on all three, doing supplemental and more comprehensive repairs than what our insurance company's hired assessors identified initially, and then handled the payments with our insurance company.. The process was seamless.. The bottom line is this.. Don't trust your vehicle to any "pop-up" hail repair places if you live in Norman for future storms.. Shop local, and use the crew at E.D.S. I guarantee you will be abundantly pleased..
