The location in Norman on the east side is fantastic! The manager os very professional and they get you in and out with your car in top shape. The mechanics do a wonderful job and are pleasant to work with. They are very affordable. My boyfriend David trusts them with my car for all kinds of repairs!

The Guys at Jiffy Lube in Norman on 12th and Alameda are very nice and knowledgeable. I've been getting just oil changes for about a year and a half now. I found out during one of those oil checks recently that they can do maintenance as well. They are very up front about what you need and the price range it is. They never talk down to me as a woman not knowing everything about my vehicle either, and that means a lot to me. I will be bringing my vehicle and my family's vehicles back no doubt at all from now on. Great job and A big thank you!!

Came in at noon needing an oil change and had a bolt stuck into the back tire of my work truck! Luckily these guys were able to get me in, did all the routine maintenance and oil change exactly to factory specs and started in on the tire. Unfortunately, the tire wasn’t able to be patched and they quickly got my spare down and on, rotated the tires, and had already ordered a new tire and mounted it on the rim before the work day was out. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes start to finish. Came back the next day and they got the new tire back on the truck and sent me on my way in about 10 minutes. The tire pressure sensor was hooked up perfectly. Very impressed with this jiffy lube. From your everyday 2k dollar car, to Escalades, Mercedes, and a virtually brand new Nissan frontier.. they can do it all. For the time it took and the trust that was gained, I will be a repeat customer. Make sure you drive the extra distance if need be to hit up this jiffy lube! 5 stars, and the customer service was a 10/10. Thanks jiffy lube!!

I had a coupon for an oil change and was told they had to use a different oil type and it would be a little more expensive. Not a big deal, I could just go elsewhere. Then, after leaving, my car was making a weird noise. After driving around the corner I stopped to check it out. Come to find out they left the dam oil cap off the car. Now my engine is covered in oil. After calling, I was asked "Where you able to put it back on?' No offer to compensate (other than check the oil level) or any compassion for the mistake. The oil cap is BASIC, that should never be forgotten. Nevertheless, I will never go back and highly recommend going anywhere else.

I recently went in to see about getting my car battery replaced. I was quoted $500 for a car that takes a $200 battery. An employee then proceeded to try to convince me that I wouldn’t be able to get a car battery any cheaper than $350 anywhere which was a bold faced lie because I got a new battery for $189 the next day somewhere else. I left this establishment feeling very much disrespected and almost taken advantage of had I not known how much car batteries cost.

Went for an oil change on Saturday 10/4. Had a coupon for a $29.99 signature oil change. Was told by the original service technician that the total cost with shop fees would be about $40 out the door. When the service was finished, a different technician told me the total was $90! They put in synthetic oil instead of the house oil that the coupon called for. Which is something I DID NOT request at the time the information was put in the computer. I told the technician I would be happy to wait while they drained the vehicle and refilled it with the oil the coupon specified. I was told that couldn't be done. The best they could do is charge me $80 for something they messed up. I informed them that when I make mistakes like that at work, *I* am the one that has to own that. You did not honor your own coupon, took it upon yourself to use something I didn't ask for, and then had the temerity to charge me for your mistake AND when I told you that it needed to be fixed you said that it wouldn't be possible. I left without a receipt because I don't intend on using them again for any of the vehicles I own. If you want to use this Jiffy Lube, make sure you get your quote IN WRITING before they put a drop of oil in the car or you're going to own whatever they do. I'm not sure if their franchisee is aware of what they're doing but I doubt it's in line with the values that Jiffy Lube claims to uphold.
