Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de el que contesta el celular. Creería que el nombre es Gerardo. No le gusta que le hagan preguntas de precios y responde con tono grosero y luego pretende dar órdenes. Si no le gusta que le hagan preguntas simplemente no tenga un negocio.

Lleve mi camioneta a que le hicieran un diagnostico y resulta que solo le hicieron un diagnostico de lo que yo pensaba que andaba mal, segun el señor le haria un diagnostico completo pero resulta que no fue asi... Me dio el resultado del diagnostico, segun el transfer case y los diferenciales habian que cambiarlos y la lleve a otro lado y me dijeron que todo servia, el problema era que uno de los diferenciales no es la misma medida que el otro... Solo gaste mi dinero por un diagnostico falso! No recomiendo el lugar....

Came here for a pre-purchase inspection, they had an opening in the day to checkout my car. Gerardo did a very thorough review of the car. He was friendly, walked me through the inspection, and explained all the issues with the car. The price is good for the bay area. I highly recommend!

Brought my car in for an oil filter and oil change and he checked the entire car and found my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. He sent me a quote as well as a video explaining the issues and even gave me an estimated time. The price for both the oil issues and brakes was very fair, not upcharged at all, and the service was also very fast.
