I would recommend this shop!! I have been with these guys for the last 3yrs and they are amazing. Great customer service, communication and by far the best prices around town. I am a single mom to 3 boys and they have never taken for granted of that. As we all know at times... a women going to get her car fixed and they over charge you being that we don't know anything about cars😂I have always walked away with nothing but confidence of their work. Auto Care of Fredericksburg is a vehicle oil change location I just happened to locate when my normal oil shop was unavailable. Since the time I met the owner and staff there, they have been warm, friendly and welcoming to me AND to their customers that are being serviced while I wait on my vehicle. Even recently, after their shop hours, I called and left a message. The owner retuned my call within minutes and was able to spearhead a solution so I wouldn’t be stranded with a flat tire. Do I recommended them? Absolutely. You won’t be disappointed.

I got off work early and called to see if I could be fit in for routine maintenance. Thankfully, Usman, despite being the only worker today, said he would gladly fit me in. He made sure any questions or preferences were addressed. He even showed me the state of my brakes, ensuring I know what to expect at my future services. Had a lingering vehicle stuttering issue for past several months and 3 shops did the wrong fix. Came over here and Osmaan (sorry if i messed up the name) was able to diagnose the issue and within a couple hours I was on the road. Hard to find trustable mechanics in todays climate, and not just trustworthy, but also knowledgeable. I'm bringing all my oil change and routine maintenance business here from now on just based on this experience alone. P.s. get some of that pink chai in the waiting room machine, all i can say is wow.

my go-to mechanic in fredericksburg! Usman, the owner, does a great job explaining issues with my vehicle in easy to understand language for someone who is not well versed in cars. He is very organized, professional, and talented. When you come here expect to be given honest pricing and sound advice on if you really need or don't need a service/repair. The turnaround time for repairs I've gotten done here are also reasonably quick! I had an issue with another company who did my oil change and messed up my air filter and put too much oil in my tank, my check engine light came on and I immediately brought my car to Usman who helped diagnose and fix the issue. I told him I wanted to make a claim against the company that messed up my car, and he helped me by sending me documentation to present on the details of what was wrong with my vehicle as he was doing the repairs. I ended up getting reimbursed by the oil change company thanks to auto care center of fredericksburg! If you are looking for a reliable group of talented mechanics, good prices, and excellent customer service in the fredericksburg area, make sure you come here
