I stopped in the other day from a referral I got from NAPA, I already replaced my battery, ( my car was having trouble starting ) after I did, it still didn't want to start. I spoke with Anthony & he asked me some questions about what was happening. I told him & he changed the battery in my key. It was fine after that, I offered him $20. for his help & he wouldn't take it. Any other auto place would have charged me at least $50. or found something else wrong & costed me much more. I appreciate so much his honesty & taking the time to actually help instead of making me leave my care without trying to figure it out first. I'll defiantly recommend this place to others & already have. Thanks so much again Anthony, you made my day! :)

I could not begin to tell you how many years I’ve been going to John at Auto Clinic 🚘. Hands-down he’s gotta be the best in town. He looks out for you. He has no reason to rip you off. The man has one of the best businesses in town when it comes to car repair. I haven’t taken my vehicles anywhere in probably the last 20 years or so. Do you want an honest mechanic Auto Clinic 🚘 is where you need to go. Ask for John or Anthony guarantee they take good care of you.

I stopped by Auto Clinic of Brandon on a Friday morning after noticing my splash guard was dragging under my car. Without an appointment, I pulled into the shop and was helped immediately. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but the service was absolutely top notch—quick, professional, and courteous. 5 Stars – Honest and Fair Auto Shop! I had a fantastic experience at Auto Clinic of Brandon! They are honest, fair, and truly care about their customers. My first time at Auto clinic I had my air conditioning compressor replaced, and then one-time recently I stopped by with a different issue with my truck, and instead of trying to upsell me or make it a big repair, they quickly took the time to fix it right there in the parking lot. Since it was a simple fix, they didn’t even charge me! It’s hard to find mechanics who are this upfront and trustworthy. Their fair pricing and excellent customer service have definitely earned my business in the future. Highly recommended.

I took my vehicle for A/C not blowing cold they did diagnostic said they found no leak said it was out of Freon so charged me $200.00 for Freon and die??? It lasted less than 24 hrs I was with no cold air. I took it to another mechanic which told me they should have detected with their diagnostic test that the compressor was bad and it did have 2 leaks instead they knowingly charged me $200.00. for less than 24 hours of cold air do not recommend them..of course they did tell me to bring it back but after getting a second opion they lost my trust .. I am sure they would have then told her what the other mechanic told me $$$$$$$

100% the best and most trustworthy mechanics in brandon/ Tampa that I have discovered. They have always gotten it right, the first time. They diagnosed my failing water pump for no charge/ and when my car developed a horrible wobble, they figured out the issue , again. They’ve earned my trust 100%. the ONLY mechanics I will take my car to for repairs, no other shops nor mobile mechanics can compete. I went to the Honda dealership and was given an astronomical cost for suspension repair work. Auto clinic of Brandon was recommended to me by a friend. They confirmed the work that the dealership said I needed to have done, but saved me hundreds of dollars. The dealership also said I needed brake pads and rotors, but Auto Clinic of Brandon said it wasn’t needed at this time. I am grateful that there are still honest people with fair pricing that don’t try to take advantage. I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others.

I was stuck in a parking lot near by after an interview and was beyond anxious and stressed about my car not starting up as I was pretty far from home in an unfamiliar location with no one to come help me. I called this shop and the owner (less than 20 min later) showed up and helped me out with no charge to his service and recommended next steps for me (which didn’t even include going back to his shop). I told my friend about this interaction and it stuck so well with me that I’m likely going to be driving an hour and a half to complete some follow up care for my car with the owner and his team. Long story short: My car is old and has nearly 150,000 miles on it, but I've had no issues to speak of with it. Recently after a routine oil change at an establishment closer to me, my engine light came on. I returned to them to find out why...I left with a $3,000 estimate to fix what was wrong. I was skeptical. These same folks told me my car was in excellent shape at the previous oil change and inspection. I wanted a 2nd opinion. I'd heard great things about the Auto Clinic of Brandon, most notably their honesty and integrity. Anthony took my call and scheduled me for Wednesday. I dropped off my car Tuesday and before I got home, he called to tell me that a Catalytic converter code was responsible for the engine light. Easy fix. Certainly not a $3,000 one. My car runs great, and I will be taking it back there for any and all maintenance issues. Great service and great guys who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!
