Called Vann on a Thursday evening to see if he could replace the windshield on my grandsons car, he was able to give me a quote over the phone, price was very reasonable as this was not an insurance claim. He set it up for the next morning. I called him back to see if he could also replace the back window in my husbands truck, once again quote over the phone. He came first thing the next morning and replaced the windshield on the one car and rear window of the truck. He even had to go and get a different window for the truck that was a little more money but he didn't up my price. I had called two other companies earlier that week and only heard back from 1. Thanks guys for being so quick to answer and get the job done.

I called Van before 9:00 am on a Saturday before Thanksgiving. He quoted me a price that was very competitive and said he could do the work same day between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. He called me at 1:15 pm and said he would be there in 15 minutes, which he was. Came out, replaced the window, and cleaned up in approximately 1 hour. Fine job and would recommend his business.

Van and crew were quick to come out (next day) and showed up when they said they would. First impression was top notch. Very friendly, courteous and professional. The no insurance prices were excellent and better by a couple hundred dollars than the big name nation brands. I think it took them less than an hour and I’m more than satisfied. I normally don’t make these kinds of post. But, this one I HAD TO! If you know me… you know I always manage to mess things up 🤦🏾♀️. I cracked my windshield yesterday and not to mention I had chips in my glass from rocks flying off the road. ALLLLLL THAT TO SAY! I reached out to Van Prom at V.P Elite Auto Glass LLC and he GOT ME RIGHT! While others tried to charge me CRAZY amounts, and the companies you hear on TV were HIGH PRICED… this company took care of me on all sides. Thank you thank you!
