Was helpful when I called in inquiring about the product, afterwards everyone was all over the place and it was kind of hard to get in contact with the person assigned to me. I had to reschedule a couple of times and whenever I called in they didn't seem to know the shops I was supposed to go to. And the day of my appointment I had a balance of $100 owed that I didn't know about.
