Took my car in to get new inner/outer tie rods, front lower control arms installed and an alignment. They got it done quickly and without issue. Ive been working on my own cars for 20 years but the above mentioned work was not something I wanted to do on the ground. The price was reasonable and I didnt feel taken advantage of. Definitely worth checking out if youre shopping around.

I don't normally leave reviews, but, I am honestly blown away by this shops customer service and will definitely be back!! I was having trouble with my mini cooper AC and after 3 shops in the Brandon area treating me terribly and dealing with no AC for over 2 weeks I was desperate for a "No BS" mechanic, Velocity came to my attention from a family referral (Lainie and Dino), who has used this location for years. They got me in right away, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fixed it for a reasonable price, as well as a surprise complementary oil change... and they followed up a week later to make sure I was still happy!!! Usually car repairs are a frustrating expensive annoyance and they made it as painless as possible!! Thank you again!
